    the question is whether Miami would want to give up all of their exps for tinsley and o'neal. since you're not asking for any of their youth (wright, cook) or their #1 they might be into it to try and get another championship with shaq.

    my guess is that they'd rather have the exps and make a run for elton brand and draft rose or mayo after tanking this season.

    As a Pacers fan I would jump at this trade, I don't know if anyone in Miami would want it though.

    Well, I am asking for a #1 rounder...but I think the biggest problem will be getting them to trade both Haslem and Mourning. I don't think there's any way they'll give up Mourning just because of what he means to the franchise.

    oh i missed that on the "outgoing" section. sorry.

    i think they'd be okay giving up mourning because he's injured for the season and he's an exp. contract. his last act for the franchise could be in a trade like that and if he does want to play again he can re-sign in the offseason. haslem is trickier but because he's in the same spot JO would fill it'd be easier to reconcile.
