Default Very simple trade with SEA

Ike Diogu for Delonte West, straight up.

West has fallen out of the rotation in Seattle, but out of him/Ridnour/Earl Watson most say he is the best shooter, and Lord knows we need shooting.

If they say no, offer to trade Hulk's expiring and take the last 2 years of Saer Sene's contract, see what happens with him.

    I'd be fine with that.

I'd probably do either of those trades, but they very likely wouldn't do the second one. Sene is very, very raw, but he is very athletic, and still very young.

Seems like they'd probably do Ike for West, based on talent.

Just curious, does Delonte West bring anything to the defensive end of the floor? I've never really seen him play since he's turned pro. I would expand the trade to:

    Incoming Players
    Earl Watson
    Salary: $5,800,000 Years Remaining: 3
    PTS: 8.5 REB: 2.5 AST: 6.3 PER: 12.30
    Chris Wilcox
    Salary: $6,500,000 Years Remaining: 2
    PTS: 12.5 REB: 6.9 AST: 0.9 PER: 16.81
    Delonte West
    Salary: $1,889,760 Years Remaining: 1
    PTS: 7.1 REB: 2.7 AST: 3.3 PER: 10.08

Outgoing Players: Marquis Daniels, Ike Diogu, Jamaal Tinsley
    Seattle SuperSonics

    Incoming Players
    Marquis Daniels
    Salary: $6,373,900 Years Remaining: 2
    PTS: 8.2 REB: 2.6 AST: 2.0 PER: 12.39
    Ike Diogu
    Salary: $2,286,360 Years Remaining: 1
    PTS: 6.1 REB: 3.5 AST: 0.4 PER: 15.48
    Jamaal Tinsley
    Salary: $6,300,000 Years Remaining: 4
    PTS: 12.5 REB: 3.9 AST: 8.6 PER: 13.20

Outgoing Players: Earl Watson, Chris Wilcox, Delonte West

    This paints a good picture.

Sounds like a good trade to me.

I'd do any of the trades mentioned in this thread.

Cant see Seattle doing any of them except for West for Ike. Maybe they would do Hulk for Sene for the cap savings.

If Seattle would do the 3 for 3 trade, i'd be all over that.

Seattle won't take on old players/long or expensive contracts.

If Nellie stays with GS and his style, maybe Seattle and GS would do this trade:

IND - Sends Shawne Williams to GS.
GS - Sends Brendan Wright to SEA.
SEA - Sends Delonte West to IND.

I think Seattle might prefer Wright's potential over Ike's. Nellie gets a future run and gunner in Shawne.
