    Default A Little ABA Update

This has been long overdue but I wanted to thank most of you for checking in on your teams.

Most have logged onto the site at least once this weekend.

11 guys checked in on Sunday

2 guys were last logged in on Saturday

5 guys were last logged in on Friday

1 guy was last logged in on Thursday

1 guy was last logged in last Wednesday

1 guy goes back to 1-16

1 guy goes back to 1-7

1 guy goes back to 1-3

1 guy goes back to 12-19

1 guy goes back to 12-8

The trade deadline will be 3:00 PM (Indianapolis time) Feb. 6th

The first playoff roster deadline is 7:30 (Indy time) on Feb. 19th

If you have been eliminated from the playoffs, you should consider your roster frozen.

If I'm 4 games out of a playoff spot and their are 18 games left, does that mean I'm done for the season? Or do I still have some small chance at a playoff spot?

    you still got a chance
I think if you were 4 games out of a spot with only 3 games to go you'd be done for the season

I'm just guessing here - feel free to correct it

My chances are dwindling with each game. I have 2 or 3 good games, a great game here or there and then my squad goes on streaks of noscoringitis
    and my chances keep diving.

And the sad thing is some of my guys have been putting up some pretty decent numbers lately, just not consistently.

I guess I can win the league "Most Center Points" Prize. What exactly would that include though.....A big man coach for my forwards who can't do SHIT???

I'm hoping to hang onto a playoff spot, have TJ Ford & McGrady get back & maybe win a series or two.

My forwards & centers totally sucked this year. If it wasn't for Josh Boone I'd been done already.

    By the way.............

There were a couple players put of for position votes in the past couple days. Just barely over half the league voted.

Pleaae try to check in daily, some of us are still playing

I have been on daily, but I never saw the position votes. Usually it pops up when there is a position vote I thought. Sorry about that, I guess I'll start clicking on that tab as well.

I wasn't pointing any fingers, just making a general statement.

I use to keep track of who had been on & who hadn't on a daily basis. I really haven't been motivated enough to do that this season.

I've lost so many close games it's sickening. I dropped 10 in a row, and now am on the verge of a potential 6-game winning streak, and 8-1 in the last 9.

So, there are a total of 16 playoff teams, correct? If so, I've still got a chance to sneak in.
