    Default O'Neal

I like these possible trades to get JO out.
My feeling is that we need to recieve one All star in exchange for JO. We have to stop doing the trades that give us OK versatile guys.. We need to trade talent for talent.

    To NJ:

    To DEN:
    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/feature...1~11&te=&cash=

    To PHO:

    To SA:
    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/feature...te=&cash=11:24

There are many trades available.. We just have to find them.

Oh ya, a few reasons that I think we should trade a star for a star:

You can only use so many players at one time.
We have already commited to NOT rebuilding, and starting from scratch.
We need that guy that can just take over in the end of a close game. (JO can't. Granger, maybe, Dunleavy, maybe.. But thats all we got, we need a stud.)

My favorite two trades are the two involving the Nets.

Get Carter, he is an absolute stud, is an exciting player, and get's the job done, normally by himself.

Get Jefferson and Kidd.. Those guys are also big playmakers. Not quite as reliable as Carter, but still better then what we have.

O'Neal has to go. 16 Points, 2 Blocks, 2 Assists and 7 Rebounds a game is not good enough for your star player who is getting 19 Mil.

That can change with any trade, really.
    Already stoked for 2013-2014.

Well, ya. I was just saying that Bird and other managers have said that we are not going to rebuild right now.

Personally, I think we need to make a big trade with a star coming our way, or just face it, and start rebuilding around Granger.

The last time they said that they wouldn't rebuild, as far as I know, was in the offseason, before they had a chance to evaluate what our current lineup could do. I think from then to now things could have changed, of course we don't have any vocal confirmation of this as it would kill our leverage in pulling off any trades. This is a big "if" however and a lot of it may have to do with wishful thinking on my part.

And IMHO Granger is not the kind of player you build around. He is a decent 16-20 ppg player, if we were to build around him it would look a lot like when Stephen Jackson was the best player on the Hawks a few years back. Not saying that I don't expect us to lose if we rebuild, but we're best off trading Granger for prospects, picks, and expirings as I don't think his value will ever be higher than it is right now.
    Already stoked for 2013-2014.

I don't need to tell you guys this...but the HoffMann is so much of a man, that he made the word MAN even bigger than it is. He added an extra "n". Because he's just that big of a man. Seriously. And when you combine that kind of manliness with the kind of hoffin that this dude does, you have created a recipe for disaster. A recipe for destruction. A recipe for EVENTUAL WORLD TAKEOVER.
Because those who are familiar with the process of hoffin, know that it's all about taking over the world. You don't just "huff" when you're "hoffin". Because it's a mindset. It's a way of life. It's a new way of thinking. And you don't just learn it. It's something that you're born with. And this MANN was born with the hoffin in him. GOD BLESS HIS SOUL.

Huh. I thought Atlanta was building around Marvin Williams all this time.
