    Default TMac

    1. Do you think Houston will trade him?

    2. What do you think it would take from the Pacers to get him?

Would you trade Dunleavy, Murphy, Ike, and Williams for him?

He's what we need, but I'd be skeptical of trading that much for him because we don't know how much longer he'll play and he doesn't exactly have an injury free history. If we took Williams or Ike out of that (preferrably Williams) then I'd be a little happier with the deal.

Probably not Dunleavy, Murphy, Ike and Williams but I'd do Dun, Murph, Ike and Tin Man? Williams has too much promise right now.

Methinks T Mac is far too fragile to build a team around. Also, it would be interesting to compare his teams' records over the years with him in the lineup vs. out of the lineup.

Houston won't trade him for our bad contracts. At worst they only have to wait out the next 2 years of his deal. At best, they trade him for expiring deals and free up cap space to bring others in.

For the McGrady of 3-4 yrs ago, maybe. But not now. His body is
in about as good a shape as J.O.'s is relative to his age and time
in the NBA. And he's never really proven to be a leader or a winner.

T-Mac has a big contract, is always hurt (hence the nickname "half man, half season"), and requires to shoot the ball in order to be effective. He and JO would be an awful combo, because they both shoot nothing but jumpers. It would not be good if the pacers traded for him....especially for granger's developement. Oh...and i have as many playoff series wins as T-Mac...0.

Vince Carter is "half man, half season" because he used to go by "half man, half amazing". T-Mac is T-Mac. Or The 2nd Round Virgin.

    "Second round virgin"...that's great.

Not to be confused, however, with atc, the "second base virgin."

Not interested in Tracy, really... atleast not for what is likely to be the Rockets asking price.

I wonder if that rumored trade involving Diogu and Head still
has any possibilities. If legit at the time, that was one that
TBTP shoulda pulled the trigger on.

An undersized big for an undersized shooting guard that goes 4 for 11 every other game?

T-Mac is fragile, relies solely on jumpshooting, and can't win in the playoffs. Oh, and his contract is terrible.

If we had T-Mac and JO we'd be the "all franchise salary making players without the ability to lead the franchise" team. No freaking thanks.

We need an oft-injured SG more than we need an oft-injured PF right now, which is why if we could swap JO for T-Mac I'd do it.

If only we'd gotten him 4 years ago....

    I'd have given Orlando:
