well we have a lot to talk about tonight. TINS lost this game for us, I know some won't agree, but all those bad shots and not passing is just stupid.

Another game showing that we need a closer or at least another guard that Tinsley has some confidence in to pass the ball.

That last layup summed it up. He tried for the foul too, all we needed was the points.
I was ready for Josh Smith to go to Indiana, but he went to the NBA. I am ready for him to come to Indiana once again.

He is less than useful. But that's why we're only paying him 10 million.

Tinsley's going to take a beating in the postgame thread win or lose tonight. (Looking like a loss) He doesn't trust any of his teammates late in games.

    Great game Shawne Williams.
This is true but you can't question his effort. He may have taken some bad shots and missed some gimmes. It would probably help if the Pacers had another point guard. He played the entire game after Diener went down and Diener doesn't even normally play. I'm not disappointed in Jamaal Tinsley. He tried and came up short. Call him a ballhog or whatever......

I wasn't ripping him. My comment was more of a knock on Dunleavy/Granger.

I know I was addressing everyone who will blame Jamaal for the loss even though he was a major reason we were ever even in the game to begin with. Your post was just the first one to pop up.

    I'll rip Tinsley and JOB.
That was an awful display of basketball by JT, and by JOB not pulling him... or at least ripping him a new one... he condoned that pathetic display.

I'd rather lose by running some offense than seeing one of the worst shooters in the NBA decide to take over the game. It's not like he was the hot hand.

How can this team develop chemistry?

He should be suspended for the next game.

Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.

He ALWAYS tries to be the hero but fails almost every time!

Sorry but there is no excuse for it ... and to all the Jamaal fans who like to defend him

Trying hard is fine, no fault in that. But when your trying hard is not being productive, its time to go anothet route.

Right now I am trying to look for positives in everything we do. First thing first, we lost.

The game was very encouraging to me for the most part because Indy hung with Phoenix, one of the best offensive teams in the league and ran with them. They played good d at times and gave the necessary hard fouls when needed to.

Some of our role players sparked it up tonight. Diener looked good until the injury, that is just bad luck. SWill looked smooth at both ends and finished well around the basket with both hands. Dun, Granger, Rush and Daniels were more involved. Murphy had a good game at both ends.I think Tinsley tried to do too much at the end because of that lack of JO, whether it was real or self-pressured over-extending himself. We hung with the runningist team in the NBA and almost took them at their home court.

We're talking baby steps here folks. I still believe JO needs to be traded for both sides to get a fresh start. The other guys that need to be purged could wait until the end of the season.
