Ouch. Ball came down and hit Jermaine in the face.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

Interesting thing about our team this year... the guys feel free to shoot the three without being right at the stripe. Pretty much everybody is willing to let fly a couple feet behind the line. Normally I think closer is better, but I wonder if percentages are up because guys aren't guarding us that far out?
That's an interesting observation - I guess it helps as well because our players don't have to worry about stepping on the line accidentally that way.

Love the team handles Toronto this way. And now let's continue to play and contain this win so far!

Jermaine is frustrating me so much! ... Not necessarily for all bad reasons, he's doing EVERYTHING so well, other than on the post.

His D is good both one on one and help, his ball movement is generally good. Just about half the time he gets the ball on that post it's like a black hole and a free rebound for the Toronto big men!

Still i love the respect this team appears to have to each other, the seem to enjoy playing together and want to help eachother. Thats how it should be!

Holy cow. Jermaine was all over the court there. Hit the jumper, then chased Calderon into the sideline, got back to deny the ball to Nasto, then swung over to get the charge against Barghani.

I can respect people who want to see some motion in the offense and don't like isos. But how can you do anything but appreciate Jermaine's team defense?

Hmm. My post wasn't directed at you, Hustler. I posted it before I read your post.

I understand where you're coming from... Jermaine is definitely forcing it on O right now. But his defense is masterful.

That's got to be the best time this year on how we closed out the half. Go Pacers 2 more quarters.

I didn't take it as directed at me, i completely agreed with your post, i guess i didnt compliment the rest of Jermaines game enough for people to realise that i think the way he is playing away from the post more than makes up for being a black hole in the post!

Added to that, i can say whole heartedly that, i would rather see J.O go one on one in the post than a fair few other shots!

I'm a big Shawne fan, also got him on my fantasy team, but if the Pacers are winning that doesn't matter. This is a team!!!

Nice pass from Tinsley on Harrison, should be a foul! Keep this up and we should win another +15 point game!

You can tell Rush has his confidence back, he wouldn't have taken that shot before the last game......

Unlike some other guys here, I like Rush. If he gets some minutes he always has the threath from 3.

Man what is with Shawne tonight? doesn't play one whole half and then comes in and racks up fouls at David Harrison-esque pace. I hope he gets better I want to phase murphy out of the lineup as quickly as possible. I can't stand watching him play, I never get so mad at watching the team play as murphy just flat out lets people go right by him and let our bigs rack up the fouls.
