I'll play along with this thread, but please don't make like 5+ gloom and doom posts. Please.

    Personally, I'll say 5-6.

Please stop being so negative man. Everytime the Pacers have lost a game in these playoffs, you jump on their backs. They still have a chance in this series, the Pistons were in this same situation last round.

Not officially, no. But it's inevitable, just as it's inevitable that the Lakers will win the title.

How many would you have said it would have taken to beat the Pacers?

We did the exact same thing to NJ last series, so I wouldnt completely rule it out. I want us to win game 6 so badly it hurts, its been 14 years since i've seen my boys in the finals. But Indiana is too good of a team to count out like that.

You know I am a Pistons fan and it bothers me to see what I am assuming is a Pacers fan post this. Come on, this is such a defeatist attitude.

This is from a guy that made sure he went to game #5 against Orlando last year to make sure I was there when the comeback began. That crowd rocked.

    5-6 also.
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

I am sure the Lakers are drooling after they win game 6 , I am sure they are cheering for a 7 game ECF and will be enjoying there rest.
