I don't have any updates from today, maybe someone can listen to the local news/radio in Indy and update...

BTW, I meant to make the Poll Question say "In 20 years...." but once again got stymied by the fact that I can't edit a poll question once it's been created...

As an Ohio State fan I got to see all of his games last year. The guy is David Robinson. Whether he'll win titles or not I don't know because basketball is a 5 man game, but he will be a David Robinson type player for 15 years.

More importantly for tonight, someone needs to force Lamarcus Aldridge to take midrange jumpers. He reminds me a lot of Jermaine, if we can make him a jumpshooter we'll be ok, but his post moves are lethal and he's money in the paint.

I think it's premature to call Oden the next David Robinson. I think that is the sky high limit for Oden.

I think as far as rings go Oden has a great chance. Look at the supporting cast now and add another good player at seasons end probably top 5 pick. They will have the pieces in a few more years. Next year I expect them to make the playoffs with a healthy Oden and 2 years from now to be a threat.

Look at Tinsley in the post. Everybody stops cutting... they just stand there watching him. Clearly we need to move Tinsley for somebody who will pass the ball.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

    Enjoy your time at PD!

They wanted to match Portlands Size. Pryz and Aldridge are huge.

Someone please explain to me why Murphy is starting over Shawne. Shawne would have nailed those two jumpers and Murphy missed them both.

This was one of the things about Rick that drove me nuts. I say screw that make them adjust to us.

dang we look VERY flat...if it was any other team we would be getting blown out right now...not good! we need to drive to the hole instead of settling for jumpers!
