Nothing against AM, but this injury doesn't bother me. I like Thorpe in there a little better.

But, I hope AM heals well. I hear the team really loves him.

God - it seems like if it's an injury for the Colts, it's for the season.

Is this from when Peyton hung him out to dry over the middle?

I don't even know if Moorehead should be on anyones active roster anyways. From what I saw, he is practice squad material at the very best.

What happened to John Standeford? They bring him to camp every year and he can never make it off the practice squad. This would seem to be a perfect opportunity for a guy like him.

Moorehead is not horrid. He has been playing out of position and with a bad back for several games.

We are getting Gonzo back and Fletcher back for ATL and probably Harrison for the Jax game.

The best thing for our passing game now is a healthy Tony Ugoh and Ryan Diem.

    When should Ugoh be back?

    Tomorrow, I think.

And Diem can take his time coming back. Dude sucks in pass protection.

I bet you Polian decided that Moorehead dropping balls wasn't worth it and used the back injury as an excuse to put him on IR.

Of course, he could really but hurt for the year, yet they made no major mention of it...
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

I think he reached the limit how how many seasons you can be on a team's practice squad.

Yes. Standeford 'graduated' from the practice squad. Ugoh is allegedly coming back for Atl as well.

I really think the team is shooting for as fully healthy a squad as possible for Jacksonville and just getting through this next game any way possible.

It's official the Patriots are poisoning us.

I have a plan for all of this, AFC Champ Game I'm gonna go "Nancy Kerrigan" Tom Braby. "My Leg" "My Leg" I bet he would scream and cry "Why" "WHY" WHY.. just like she did too. hehehe

I thinks that's pretty much the truth. We needed to free up a roster spot.

Yes, he is horrible. And what do you mean out of position? He's not a wide reciever? His job isn't to catch the ball? I know we released Klecko, but hell I think he catches better than Moorehead. The poor guy needs "Moorehands", apparently.

Yeah, Moorehead is a scrub. He really shouldn't be on anyones active roster.

Well, whatever he's not horrid but he has played hurt almost the entire year. And he is a much better receiver in the slot and on the left side. Some of you may be better personnel men than Polian, however. Guffaw.

Also, Tennessee are the SEC East Champs, NOT Georgia, who will have legs up watching on television when the SEC championship game is played. Enjoy watching two better teams play, chumps. When you get drilled 35-14 by a team, they are definitely better than you.

Same team that got blown out by Florida and Bama, both teams we beat. Georgia had a horrible game against Ten and I'm sure if they played again things would be different. But you are right, I thought for sure Tennessee would lose to Kentucky on the road, but they did not. LSU is going to walk all over the Vols in the SEC championship game. And we really aren't watching two better teams play. Georgia is better then Tennessee and have a better overall record. Georgia wasn't the better team earlier on in the season, but they've played a lot better over their past 6 games.

Who is your favorite college team just out of curiosity?

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I called the Arkansas upset. LSU should have at least 1-2 other losses right now. They simply aren't that good.

They will still beat the Vols. And I wasn't that surprised LSU lost to Arkansas. Darren McFadden shows up against top ranked teams..the guy is a beast. Pats will probably pick him up with the 49ers draft pick this year.

Uh, he's better in the slot because he's virtually ignored. Anyone can look good next to Harrison and Wayne. With Clark at Tight End, and Addai lining up in the backfield. He also has a teams 3rd, or 4th CB on him, or maybe even a LB in that situation. Hell, I'm 6 foot 2 with a 4.8 40 yard dash, and for NFL standards, bad hands. Yet, I could make a couple catches in that setup.

Apparently Polian saw the same thing we did, look where Moorehead is going to be the rest of the year. Not on the field.

You realize you're defending a guy with a career high of 8 catches in 5 seasons in the NFL, right?
