    Got my NBA playoff tickets in the mail, all the way through the finals.

    Granted, they still have to make it there, but still pretty cool.

    We cut minutes for our best players, used them to develop most of our young players, and still managed to win 59 games in the same season. Heck of an enjoyable year for me.

    Going to miss the Palace. Only part about home I think I'll really miss.

    It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

    The first deaf NBA player scored his first points tonight for Cleveland.

    The NBA has never had any blind players.

    The NBA does have one dumb player though - Marquis Daniels of the Pacers.

    All right, imagine Toronto's team if the Raptors had just taken him over Joey Graham in 2005, which, by the way, WAS THE LOGICAL MOVE! Whoops, I just went all crazy TV analyst on you. My bad.
    Of course, hindsight is always 20/20. But can you imagine this team?

    PG = Jose Calderon.
    SG = Brandon Roy.
    SF = Danny Granger.
    PF = Chris Bosh.
    C = Andrew Bynum.

    Would have required taking Bynum over Charlie, and Granger over Graham in 2005. Roy over Bargnani in 2007. Sometimes I like to propose that starting lineup to my Dad; however, being a Pacer fan I am in no position to say anything at this point in time.

    Given the fact that Charlie was considered such an "absurd" pick at the time, I don't believe taking Bynum would have been any more outlandish.

    Granger over Joey was the obvious choice...I was surprised when they passed on him.

    Roy over Bargnani would not have been the popular choice. However, everyone knew that Roy was going to be a stud in the NBA...he was a sure thing. Bargnani is really wearing thin on Raptors fans these days.

    Kind of hard to shoot the ball when you're blind, but the NBA is fair, they hire them to ref.
