I'm not sure if this has been discussed, but what is the schedule going to be like this season? Will it be similar to the real league in that we play a majority of our games in conference & division with only a few against the other conference, or will it be a balanced schedule?

In any case, I would hope that over the last couple of weeks of the regular season we could be playing against the other teams in our division for playoff spots. I know being that pickiy may be hard, but it would make those races fun.

This again depends on what able can do but what I'd like to see is this:

We play a 56-game regular season. There are 10 teams in each conf.

Play 4 games against each of the other 9 teams in conference. That's 36 games.

Play 2 games against each team in the other conf - that's the other 20.

Also, in case anyone forgets, 6 teams from each conf go to the playoffs - the 2 division winners and the next 4 best teams. The division winners get a 1st rd bye.

5-game 1st rd series, all others are 7 games.

which is exactly as planned, al we have to do is work out a algorythm to "draw" the games in a most open and honest way, but we're working on that.
