Let's not forget that we just dropped 33 on what was supposed to be the toughest defense in the NFL, WITHOUT our starting RB or Marvin Harrison. That's impressive IMO.

In comparison of the Colts and the Pats:

The Colts are 5-0 against teams with a combined record of 11-12 while scoring 32.8 PPG and allowing 17.6 PPG.

The Pats are 5-0 against teams with a combined record of 7-16 while scoring 36.4 PPG and allowing 13.0 PPG.

The Pats have yet to face a team with a winning record, while the Colts have already faced and beaten three (Tennessee, Houston, and Tampa Bay, the former two of which were on the road). NE's showdown with Dallas should show us a lot more of what they're all about.

    Toughest defense in the NFL?

I think someone fed you a line, because they're not in the top 5 in any category.

As for this game, if Harrison and Addai are out..I think this will be a very close game. I can't even call who will win, but the Bucks defense has been nasty this year. They are VERY good at stopping QBs so if Peyton can throw on this team, he can throw on any defense in the league.

They have a very solid defense but it's mostly because of the system. The Fox guys were using this year's rankings to prop it up higher. However those numbers are from playing against four dreadful NFC teams...

What he didn't tell you is that they've played NO, St. Louis, and Carolina (who lost Delhomme during the game). They're other game was against Seattle.

I'm not sure one of those teams are even considered "good" for NFC standards.

I think the Seahawks are pretty good for being in the NFC.
    That'll do.
