    Default Lakers JO Fansite..

    http://getjo.com/

I dunno if anyone has seen this before. I thought that most of you probably have, but I decided to post it anyway for future reference and it's something to read. One of the most important things I noticed on there is some of the trades the that the founder of the site proposed.

    Lakers send:
Vladimir Radmanovic, Kwame Brown, Lamar Odom, Andrew Bynum and Jordan Farmar.

    Pacers send:
Jermaine O'Neal, Danny Granger and Jamaal Tinsley.

We take the bad with the good by having to take on Jamaal's bad contract, but we also get rising star Danny Granger, and ofcourse O'Neal. The Pacers get a trade perfect for rebuilding - a mixutre of an expiring, a great player and some young prospects.

Is this not the worst trade you've seen out of them? I love Danny to much to give him away. If everyone knows of this site, just go ahead and let it die..

Maybe it'll work out as well as this one did for them.

I didn't know that the Pacers were that desperate to get VladRad.

He must be worth it if we have to give up Granger while taking on the rest of that filler. We don't even get top tier Laker bench players like Sasha or Cook? I would much rather get them then get the whole boatload of "players with potential" like Bynum or Crittenton.

    Thats it...

The pacers must likely don't want Vlad. That was a proposed trade by the owner of the fansite..

Lets break down this trade piece by piece.

JO for Odom, Bynum, Brown: A decent trade. It'd be nice if you can throw Farmar in as part of this deal, but you can't.

Tinsley for VladRad: Uh no thanks. At least Tinsley plays a position we don't currently have 5 other guys at.

Granger for Farmar: No deal. Never ever. No matter how bad we need a PG. Trading Granger for Farmar would be the type of move that would push my towards not supporting the Pacers til Bird and Walsh are gone.

In short horrible trade for us.

Most trade proposals don't even include Bynum and we aren't stuck with VladRad and Cook...we don't even get the chance at acquiring top prospects like Marc Gasol?

Based off of what I read....getting Marc Gasol could give us a chance at landing his brother...Pau.

I don't think that this is a true Lakers Fansite.....the Pacers aren't totally shafted in that trade proprosal.

I wish. If there's any group of fans that deserve Ronnie, it's theirs.

Wait, did Larry get confused last season by the gotmilk.com website? That explains the GS deal.

I was thinking the yesterday. When Jermaine O'Neal said that he would welcome a trade to New Jersey and LA, that he actually kinda of hurt us? I mean, he has two years left on his contract and those two teams know he will opt out and have them both on his list to join. Now, if you were a gm, would you give up Andrew Bynum and a bunch of other guys for someone that is injury prone, slowing down, and can even opt out on you when theres a possibility of signing him in 2-3 years? Pass.

If you look at what New Jersey, La, and even Cleveland have done this off season, does it not look like their saving up for next years free agency or even the year after for Jermaine?
