Default Roy Hall at Pro Day

We still don't know how he's going to play but this dude certainly has a lot of raw talent. We really need to develop some depth at WR, because we can't count on Reggie and Marvin staying healthy the whole season:

man, i wonder if he's got any capabilities @ returning kicks. He's certainly got the speed and he looks ripped.

Terrance Wilkins scares me to death every time he returns kicks in how he pretty much holds the ball as far away from his body as possible and doesn't seem to protect it whatsoever.

Terrence Wilkins is unsigned as of now, but the return duties appear to be falling to 2nd year man T.J. Rushing. Hall played a lot of special teams at Ohio State, but it was mostly kick coverage.

Saw one thing the Colts stress so much that to me didn't seem all that impressive on the video.

They will hammer into his head 'you have to sell the fake on your routes'. Watched Harrison and Wayne work by themselves many times on the fake where they are running full speed, come to a COMPLETE stop, and then back to full speed. Of course this year maybe they're just looking for pure speed as a compliment, so as long as he's got decent hands we've got an additional 3rd down weapon.
You know how hippos are made out to be sweet and silly, like big cows, but are actually extremely dangerous and can kill you with stunning brutality? The Pacers are the NBA's hippos....Matt Moore CBS Sports....

I agree RWB, the word on Hall was that he was very unrefined coming in, but he said he got more knowledge about playing receiver in three weeks at the Colt's complex than he had his entire career at tOSU and then Polian on his radio show said they were even more optimistic about the guy after having him in because they saw what he could become under the Colt's tutelage.
