Ok so i'm trying to cut pop from what I drink. I know it will be hard though. I've tried but it didn't last more than a couple months.
What kind of drinks do you drink that are good for you? I'm a Mountain Dew and Pepsi drinker but I just want to cut the caffaine. I've tried Gatorade and Lemonade and while they are good it got old drinking those all the time. Besides those have sugar in them and that ain't good.
Any ideas out there? I know water, OJ, the usual but anyone got anything I don't know?
