I swear, whenever I see Colts championship gear in a store, I can't help buy smile. What a wonderful feeling it is to finally win a championship.

Expect it to last for years Shade. No matter what happens from here on out, you will always remember the day and the feeling.

I'm still on a championship high for sure. Hell, I'm still on a championship high from the Sox winning in 05. I just feel this intense hunger for more.

I drove (south) down Capital Ave last night and saw the SUPER LARGE "Super Bowl Champions" banner above the doors of the dome and it felt really good seeing that. I need to get a picture of that.

I like seeing on tv "Colts Fans your team just won the super bowl! now buy the special edition...." or seeing the banner across the top of ESPN.COM and seeing a continuous banner of "buy your indianapolis colts superbowl gear here" always manages to brighten my day, and also reading the opposing teams fans responses on the message boards for the colts even makes me more happy, it's like a completely different level of denial over there mostly from the Pats fans.

I listened to it as soon as the game was over. You have no idea how long I had waited to sing that song at the top of my lungs and actually mean it. We are the champions, we are the champions, we are the champions... OF THE WOOOOOOORLD!!!!

Lasts forever, some. The only championship one of my teams won when I happened to live in the area was the '86 Mets - I was in grad school - night school no less - and cut classes to watch in the lounge. You never completely lose the sense of joy you have when a ground ball goes through Bill Buckner's legs or when you come from behind in game 7. I've been able to live for 20 years on the memories from that team - nowhere near the frustration level as with the 90's Knick teams even though the Mets have had nearly as many screwups.

That's what sucks when you're out of town. The Cowboys winning their last 3 SB's was great but it's SO much better when there are people around to share it with.

Another perspective. I experienced 3 ABA titles. A looooong time ago. When I think back on them my absolute first reaction in my heart and my head is the word "SPECIAL".

Are they ever going to release a Road to XLI, like they did for the Steelers?

I believe the Steelers one came out in the summer, so I'd look for it then. I hear it's a must buy as well!

And the champions of the football world, are the INDIANAPOLIS COLTS!

I saw one Barnes and Nobles here in Cali. I don't know if that's the exact one but it was the XLI Colts blue cover.

No, that's just the Indianapolis Colts Championship dvd. In the summer the NFL usually releases a Road to SB ???

I heard from a Steelers fan that it's a good buy. I guess it has full coverage of each playoff game, and it'll have Bob Lamey's commentary. So I'll be getting it for sure.

I actually just bought an official XLI program for $3. It's pretty sweet. I guess they were $15 at the game, and they're $10 right now on NFL.com

Oh gosh...I'm 13 and I've lived in Indy for about 8 1/2 years. I moved out here to Wyoming about 6 months ago. Words cannot explain the joy I felt when the clock hit zero. The taunting from the Broncos fans at school stopped. I'm literally the only kid at my school who likes the Colts. My Dad called me on the phone crying telling me to never forget that moment.
