I don't think the colts would play the chargers in the 2nd round. The chargers would play the lowest seed and that would be NE if they win.

You have the colts losing in the second round, but winning the superbowl?

    Interesting theory.

With the high ratings of primetime Colts' games the NFL will look to find a way to get the Colts to the Superbowl. So, while they may lose the game on the scoreboard obviously the OP believes the league will DQ Baltimore after the fact.

BTW... all joking aside- Wouldn't a Baltimore vs Indpls playoff game be a marketing man's dream? About the only thing missing is for it to be the AFC championship game.

Sorry, my knowledge of the NFL playoff seedings are limited at best. Either way, I predict the Colts to lose in the 2nd round and for the Patriots to make the Superbowl. Although I made that prediction before one of their cogs sprained his MCL....

Oh well. I'll stick with it anyway.

Let's see if I can get this right:

    Does that work?

How much would Mayflower moving company pay to sponsor that game?

I'm no good at making predictions. But looking at what others have dished up, Jay's table is the most intriguing and Moses' the most probable.

I don't know how it's going to play out but, I think it will be the colts and saints in th superbowl, with the colts being victorious.

As a person who follows the NFL only a little, I was wondering why are the Eagles considered by many to be Superbowl contenders?

Because they've been clicking and playing really well as of recent, and once you're in the playoffs anything can happen, add that to the fact the NFC is a lot more of a question as to who comes out on top at the end.

There aren't any great teams in the NFC, so whoever gets "hot" in the playoffs have a chance to win that conference, get to the SB, and get slaughtered by the AFC representative.

If McNabb were healthy, many considered the Eagles to be the best in the NFC in the first place. They seem to be coping well without him, and getting "hot" at the right time...

I don't buy the Eagles for one second. They are playing great football right now..but the Jeff Garcia we all know will return. They've played some great football, but Garcia is way overdue for one of his games.

Yeah - but the rest of the NFC is SO bad.

Whatever you think of Garcia, you have to pick him over Eli Manning with the way the Giants finished the season.

And look at the 4-5 game. Usually you'd think Dallas wouldn't have a shot having lost 3 of their last 4 - except they're playing Seattle which has also lost 3 of their last 4.

Now I'd pick NO over the Eagles - in fact I like them for the SB. But it isn't much of a stretch for any NFC team to win 3 games - look at the competition.
