I think its pretty obvious that are offense is much improved post trade, but I don't think are defense is nearly as good as it was.

I know this doesn't belong in this thread, but Miami is currently up 31-5 on the Knicks.

I've said this for years: The only time Dunleavy has ever resembled a quality nBA player was when he was being used as a point-forward by Musselman. He's not a good small forward, but he has the point guard skills to be used as a facilitator.

Anyone remeber that a few weeks ago people complaining/suggesting that JO involved more people in the stands, by f.i. giving a high 5 ?

Anyone notice what he did just now ?

Anybody else notice we're shooting damn near 60% FG% as a team? or the fact that nobody has took more than 10 shots and we are CRUSHING the Bulls.

43 points at the half for Chicago. It's not bad. We lost very little D on the trade. The only player of any defensive value was Jack, and we have Granger, Quis, Greene and Marshall to handle that job.

We are clearly a better TEAM now. Less selfishness and chest thumping.

Now, how do we get 55 points without our starting PG?

Edit: 60 pts at the half. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out Tinsley should not be playing.

How did Shawn Foster miss that layup?

That would have been a sweet play.

QFT. His value is not in his shooting ability. He does a lot of little things that will never show up in the stats.

On the +1 he had near the end of the half, went to the crowd and gave high 5's to 5 or 6 people before going to the line.

Well, that was an interesting first half.

I must say I like the way the offense looks out there. Dunleavy is impressing me. We've got four guys in double figures already and are on track to score 60. Too many turnovers, but some of that has got to be the personnel changed.

Defense is a different story. I hate zones on principle, and ours has been ineffective. We've also failed to block out way too many times.

Whatever the case, the Pacers just plain seem to be a more fun team to watch. Let's hope for a similar effort in the second half - better effort on defense.

The Bulls need to get Deng some touches in scoring position.

I already knew it would be a much better offense. We have 2 new guys who are willing to share the ball and are not just worried about their offensive numbers.

Redbull gives you wings....Why does this guy have to be 38 years old. I'd rather he plays 38 minutes a night.

That big lineup in the 2nd qt looked really good. 6'8 6'8 6'9 6'11 and jo at 7'... 4 of them can hit the 3.

Really is it just a coincidence that we are playing this well without Tinsley? I mean really, our offense looks great. I certainly wish DA could play more than his usual every night.
