    Default The future is now

By acquiring the Croshere-like contracts of Murphy and Dunleavy, and the fact that we don't have a draft pick this year, it's obvious to me that TPTB have decided that the future is now. Love them or loathe them, this will be our team for the foreseeable future. I just hope it's good enough. Right now, I'm really not sure I like this deal, even though I'm glad Jack is someone else's problem now.

Am I the only one who feels like this is a Bird deal all the way? If so, that greatly worries me...

I thought this had all the ear marks of a Walsh deal. Out of left field, got rid of one of the most untradeable players in the NBa and picked up a young solid player in Diogu.

Larry Bird, Donnie Walsh, or Both... This trade stands a good chance to be looked upon as an excellent move for the Pacers. Wait and see, thats how I am approaching it.
