So I recently ordered a DVD off of ebay (House, season 1 and 2. I had a freaking brainfart, as I should have just added to to my netflix and now paid a damn penny. I was stupid and impatient) and decided to pay for it via paypal. Mind you I have had over 33 transactions with paypal and no problems.
*note* Twenty minutes after the auction was over ebay canceled the auction, but by this time I had already paid for it*
Well my item arrives the other day and it is the mother f'ing CHINESE VERSION OF "THE OFFICE"
I filed a complaint with paypal, but I made a error and instead of filing a "received a wrong item" complaint I filed a "did not receive"
So he provided proof he sent it, and paypal closed the claim.
I called customer support yesterday and spent 45 minutes on the phone before they told me to send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Well I accidently sent two emails to them (I have been out of it lately, just to much going on at the same time) and I got to responses today.
One said that I was basically screwed and since it is a manually filed complaint they cant do , but I should continue to talk to the seller (who has never responded to any of my emails).
Then the other response told me to call Paypal's customer support team, but gave me a different number then the one I called the first time.

I am just as mad at myself for being stupid as I am a paypal for sucking at life
