They take 3 hours to look at my blackberry and they look at they claim it is fixed, for me to find out right away they never even checked out the problem.

Then I have to drive a hour and a half in traffic to get a new BB, only to find out they dont know to to activate it and then they cant transfer my phone book over, so I have to write all my numbers down by hand.

To top it all off I think this (getting a new phone yesterday) restarts my 2 year period before I can upgrade a new phone.

I swear it seems like Sprint just hires the bottom of the barrel for everything they do.
