Yes but Kwame fumbled two easy lay-ups that would of gave Kobe two easy assists.

    Question for Pace fans:

Was Dale ever able to hit the foul line jumper? He seems to love to take it, but hasn't hit one yet this season, that I've seen.

    LOL

Dale Davis just scored an and-1 tip in, and then tip-dunked his own missed FT...

Has anybody done that since Jordan?

Yeah...Luke Walton bumbled another great pass from Kobe in the 2nd OT as well.

But WOW....What a show those two put on. Yao is unstoppable. And Kobe was just ridiculous from the 4th Quarter on. That knifing (kniving?) drive he had through the lane and ended up doing that sick reverse dunk on the other side of the rim over Yao was insane. Wow. Just wow. What a game.

If you took a poll, a hell of a lot of people wouldn't vote for him.

Let the Jason Maxiell era begin!

17 points, 12 boards 2 steals and the game-winning jumper with 6.8 seconds left. You da man.

A lot of people are pretty dumb...I still find his Game 7 performance from last year a little difficult to stomach, though.

Amen to that. He makes the Pistons 10x more exciting to watch. He's one of those guys that your eyes are glued to when he's on the floor. Whether it's throwing down monster dunks, coming out of nowhere to block shots, or grabbing tough boards in traffic.

Hopefully Flip doesn't **** it up and only play him 10 minutes or so. He is the 2nd best big man on this team.

He won't play 30+ minutes when Sheed comes back, but he'll play around 20-15, assuming he keeps this up.

How tall Maxiell is, 6'7? Last year I wanted Jazz to draft Maxiell but we got something similar in Millsap this year

He measured at 6'5" 260lbs at the pre-draft camp. He's shaved about 15 lbs off that since. He takes "playing big" to a whole new level though. Seattle's coach after the game tonight:
Why was the rebounding difference so big:
I think it is the 6 11 280 pounds or whatever Maxiell is. They just moved us right out of the way and Maxiell jumped right over the top of us."

Much as I like Maxiell, he's barkley-size. He could go on a diet for 2 years and still not be 250 lbs.

You'd think as manytimes at Rashard was looking up at the back of Maxiell's jersey, he'd know the name of the guy who kept grabbing all the rebounds...

    http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/basket...05_sonx18.html

"We got killed (on the boards)," forward Rashard Lewis said. "We didn't box out. Max, Maxwell or whatever his name is, he just literally out-rebounded the whole team."

Wow those Wizards throw-backs are butt-ugly.

They would look bad on a YMCA league team.

I hate myself. There has been probably 10 or 12 games this season especially late games where I see the score a team is up 10 or 15 and I decide not to watch the rest of it figuring there won't be a comebacl Well I get burned again as the Lakers come back and force OT. When will I learn

One thing is for sure, watching the Pistons struggle but still win with their young guys is more exciting than watching them struggle but still win while only playing their vets. Especially when we've been waiting for the young guys to get an honest chance for over a year.

Utah down 1 in OT, Deron Williams hits a jumper with 3 seconds left, and the Jazz were so busy celebrating, that they didn't see Marbury leaking downcourt.

Marbury takes a long pass at midcourt, and races in for the easy layup as time expires. Knicks win.

What a freaking mental blunder by the Jazz, of all teams. They were so busy jumping up and down, they didn't notice there was 3 seconds left and NY hadn't called a timeout.
