    FlavaDave's idea sounds pretty nice.

How about we get as much done until maybe a day before the deadline then you can pick the rest of the waivers?

Flava, for the record it's Nowitzki, sorry it just drives me crazy.

Well, you are required to fill out the full rosters on Yahoo, so players would somehow have to be assigned to teams prior to any waiver transactions. So some type of draft would have to occur anyway.

    36. Gerald Wallace.....LoneGranger33
    37. Ron Artest.....LoneGranger33

You should never lose the steals category as long as these guys are healthy and not crazy. They score enough too. Wallace is injury prone though. I had him for most of last season and he missed lots of games.

I was going to pick Ron-Ron, but I wanted to get a decent PG before they're all taken....

Oh yeah, I'm sure he would have been at worst a 2nd round pick if he wasn't.

Man, I had my eye on 4 guys for this round. Lord Helmet and LoneGranger picked 3 of the 4 back to back to back and then kshay got the 4th one.

well, I need centers and there aren't any good ones left. I'll use a makeshift lineup with drops and adds until those guys get back.

I like the Fred Jones pick...because I like Freddy mainly, but also because he'll get a lot of quality minutes

Kevin Martin is a savy pick. I took a long hard look at him, but I couldn't pass up Luke Ridnour with pick #98.

Yeah, Luke should have went WAY before #98. It's funny, when I'm entering the draft results there is always one name still available way out ahead and by itself. For a while it was Chris Webber, then Luke Ridnour.

Tough break on Marvin Williams. Broken hand, out 6-8 weeks. Sucks.

Just discovered this thread. I've been surprised by only a few picks so far...meaning it's a good draft. I might have drafted Kobe ahead before Arenas (I definitely would have picked KG or Marion-both steals at their draft positions) but I can forgive Robertmo for that pick, especially if he gets the rest of his cats from somewhere else. The only time I was legitimately frustrated at someone for drafting a guy I wanted ahead of me was FlavaDave's drafting of Sam Dalembert when I needed blocks and a center. Urgh. Nice pick.
