Default So Much for a Quiet Night....

i just had a crazy experience
today is like the july 4th of Hungary
    a national holiday
so we went out to watch the fireworks
we arrived around 8:30...its gonna start at 9
so we're like...alright...this should be interestin...
    it's packed...
and around 9pm...they shut the lights off
    we're pumped
    and the show begins
its goin' well for the first 5 minutes or so
    then outta nowhere
    this wind starts blowin
we're like...haha look at the fireworks all wobbly from the wind
but after like 3 minutes the wind is really hitting hard...
all of a sudden people are like...ouch
    and then...
i get hit with small pebble size bits of the fireworks
the wind is turnin into some ****in tropical storm
and blowin all the pebbles to the audience...
to top it off...its startin' to rain
    we're luck...wtf??
then next thing we know its turnin into screams and just a bunch of dark clouds all around
you cant see the fireworks..but can still hear all the bangs they're makin
so people start runnin for the exits...
it was becomin like a war flick from WW2
    everyone was soakin wet..
    the lights are still out
and small pebbles flyin to our heads
    it was crazy
    to
    top it off
    my passport got soakin' wet
now i just got done dryin it up
    it looks bad

    Damn. Glad you're ok.

I found an article about it on bbc news:

People getting trampled.....that's one of the reasons why I don't like to go to mass events.

Wow thats crazy. Ive been at 4th of July around here a couple times when a tornado warning was applied. Never anything like this though. Closest thing was in I was in Zionsville watching fireworks and a tornado had supposedly touch down near I-65 and State road 334 or something like that. People got panicked from that we had to high tail it out of there but no one got hurt.
