Default I'm leaving for the game but....

I want to make sure that this is said in advance.

If Stephen Jackson does not play tonight do NOT uner any circumstance beleive that an injury is the cause no matter what the Pacers put out.

Some of you know what I'm talking about.

If he plays tonight forget you ever read this, but if he doesn't just know that there is something else going on..

Sorry to be cryptic in this, but if the person wants the world to know then they will tell you this.

But I think everybody deserves to know in advance.

I wonder why Jax wouldn't play?

uh what? Jax not playing? hell why not. He sucked *** in game 5 and then called everyone on the team out even our friggin rookie with so much potential! Jax is probably out the door aswell but to not play him isn't good. Unless we have pretty much submitted to the fact we are done in this series.

Peck's usually good on these things, as of now, I expect no Jackson.

He didn't say he's not playing. He said if he doesn't, it's not because of an injury.

    Have fun

I just read the QOD on pacers.com and many people think Jack owes Danger and the team an apology..behind closed doors.

    Anywho, GO PACERS!

Being that this is an elimination game....I don't see SJax not playing. I see that there maybe a need to make a point to him.....but this is not the time to do it....considering that this maybe the last game of the season.

I expect him to start......and at worst...I expect him to come off the bench. Hate him or love him.....if Peja and Foster are injured.....we need him in the lineup.

If Tinsley (of course) and Peja and Foster are injured, we're going to lose anyway. Might as well send a message.

I expected this from MagicRat. I'm already torn between him and UncleBuck for most humerous. You're not going to succeed at a late-season push, at least not for my vote.

I'm gunning for that trophy in 2759, It's not fair that I win a title before the Colts do.

I think Jackson made it clear in his soliloquy that he plays through injuries. So I don't see it being any epiphony that it would be due to something other than injury were he not to dress/play.

I could be misunderstanding what Peck is trying to express but in all of its crypticism, I don't know that it means much?

I interpret Peck as saying that Jackson might be benched (coaches/ management decision), but they're going to call it "knee tendonitis" or something.

It sounds like you've given up already on this series already

My expectations - after watching Game #4 - are low.

I think I saw this team's last victory of the season, a week ago tonight.

I hope they prove me wrong.

As I have said in the past, this happens much more often than you might imagine. Let me give you some figures - I'd say that 65% of the time that a player is listed as injured in the scenario of one isolated game, he is really NOT injured, but rather subject of some form of disciplinary action by the team. Now if a player retaliates, and says he will not accept the terms of his disciplinary action and being listed as injured, then the team will suspend him. So to be honest with you I don't think SJAX will allow them to do this, and given the turmoil on the team I don't think he'll be concerned with any retaliation on behalf of the organization.

    My two cents.

I had little doubt that if they could find him he'd play. Jermaniac seems to think Carlisle is afraid of Sjax and from outward appearances, that doesn't seem too far-fetched.

I wish he would've stayed AWOL.

His comments in the post-game press conference only made me despise him even more.

    Good riddance.
