    good read.

    It says a lot about Bird that he sought out a guy who he thought might make the most of a second chance.
    The poster "pacertom" since this forum began (and before!). I changed my name here to "Slick Pinkham" in honor of the imaginary player That Bobby "Slick" Leonard picked late in the 1971 ABA draft (true story!)

    Notice who Mackey's talking to in that pic. Ahem.

    Carl English FG % .421 3pt FG% .433

    I give Bird a lot of credit on this one. It's great he has made the most of the second chance.

    I think he's owed a 1987 NCAA championship ring because of his loss, Alford was so pissed off losing to Cleveland State that he showed leadership that I don't think even he knew he had.
    Two=the number 2
    Too=means "also"
    To=many definitions-also known as the one to use when the other 2 (two, too) do not apply.

    Their=shows ownership-'it is their house'
    They're=they are
    There=many definitions-also known as the one to use when the other 2 (their, they're) do not apply

    Sorry but it bugs me when these are used incorrectly when I read posts on PacersDigest.com.
