We will lose this game. When you cant beat the Knicks at home then you damn well cant beat the Pistons. If we stay within 15 points of the Pistons, I will be suprised.

I have a feeling we'll do well. Remember when we looked over our schedule and someone said "we'll probably lose to the Knicks and beat the Pistons"? Well, that sounds totally reasonable to me. We are that inconsistent. I can't believe we missed the Rasheed suspension/Big Ben "Scottie Pippening it" game by one though...amazing bad luck.

Be careful going out on that limb there, Jerm.

Actually, as of late, we've been very consistent. Consistently terrible.

When we're on the same page, we have the capability to play the Pistons well. But we're not even close right now. The only chance we have today is if we turn it around right now, or the Pistons lose interest since they have the #1 overall seed all but locked up.

I predict the Pistons by 20+.

Let's get the ball to Jack, early and often. He can exploit his matchup the best.

I wouldn't be surprised if AJ starts....and Tinsley backs him up. I will even go a step further....and say that Tinsley outplays AJ...and a new "Tinsley is misunderstood and should be starting for us" thread.

Just kidding....sort of.......I don't know who is gonna be the backup PG....I'm more concerned that Sarunas will be pressured continually on the defensive end and won't be able to bring the ball up.....

I just hope that Carlisle can adapt to the situation and play Sarunas first as the backup PG...then if it doesn't work.....put Tinsley in.....or vice versa. Its more that if we are down.....I'm hoping that Carlisle can try to shake things up.

This is David West, he is the Honey Badger, West just doesn't give a *****....he's pretty bad *ss cuz he has no regard for any other Player or Team whatsoever.

The way I see it, at best, the 2-5 positions are a wash. And that's if our players are at the top of their games, and Detroit's aren't. Billups, however, should eat our PG position for breakfast.

I knew that was coming, lol.

I figure, we're gonna lose anyway, so I want Jack to have a good game.

Honestly, I don't expect to see Tinsley again for at least the rest of the regular season. I don't believe he's seriously injured. I think he's either being disciplined or flat-out refusing to play.

To be honest, guys, this is easily our biggest game of the season. And not just because it is against our rivals, but because it is the last chance at a "statement game" this season. The remainder of our games are against sub-.500 teams.

This game can either serve to be the launchpad to a turnaround, or the straw that broke the camel's back and left it limping into the playoffs.

At this point, I'm assuming it will be the latter.

I can already tell I'm going to end up watching the Masters instead of this game. The Masters will be more interesting.

OMG, is anyone watching the pregame stuff? Chauncey's impersonation of Napolean Dynamite was hilarious.

Golf is most boring sport on this planet to watch, IMO. I would watch almost anything over it.

I'm not even getting the pre-game for some reason. It's on ABC, right?
