I'll throw this in here rather than start a new thread.

NBC didn't pick up Lost did it? Because on Chuck today when he was running through his memories during the Dr. exam one of them was, "Oceanic Flight 815 was shot down by ..."

I knew it wasn't Desmond's fault. Patchy probably shot it down with a speargun.

Chuck was pretty good again tonight and I still like that geeky show on CBS. The jokes might get old pretty quick but so far it has been funny through two weeks

    Smallville.

Bizarro is gone for now. Kara Zor-El appears. Lex finds Lana in Shanghai. Lois gets a entry level job at the Daily Planet. Fortress of Solitude moment with Jor-El.

Justin Hartley returns as Green Arrow, possibly other Justice League members, James Marsters returns as Brainiac, Dean Cain as a Vandal Savage-esque character, Kevin Sorbo, Zor El, Terrence Stamp as the voice of Jor-El, Phil Morris as J'onn J'onzz a.k.a. Martian Manhunter, Helen Slater as Lara all later on in the season...

Watched The Office as well. I don't ever recall a show that makes me laugh this hard, this often. Not even Seinfeld did it.

    I absolutely love it.

There are several reasons why they are doing it.

    1) Scrubs is only doing 18 new episodes this season. (most shows do 22 new episodes each season) Scrubs will begin airing after the office - starting here in a few weeks.

    2) I also read somewhere over the summer that for each episode of the Office there was always many scenes they had to cut out to fit into the 22 minutes time slot, so theyhad plenty of material to fill a whole hour (or really about 42 minutes)

I love the hour long episodes and I thought last nights was really, really funny (better than last weeks).

I said last season that I wasn't ready to say that the Office was my favorite alltime sitcom, but if it continued to be as funny for another couple of seasons it would pass Seinfeld as my alltime favorite - so it is well on its way.

Last nights episode had so many little funny moments I can't remember them all

Yeah after I posted that comment I searched the net to see how much longer the episodes were going for and I found out that they are an hour till the Scrubs premiere and they needed to fill that time slot instead of doing a re-run. But thanks for the info and I think I am fully in agreement that The Office is AMAZING

both versions of the office are fantastic shows, but i have to give the favorite alltime sitcom award to arrested development

Although it's only tied with Curb for me, I definitely agree.

Hah - I agree, Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Seinfeld pretty much rank at the top for me. But the brand of humour in The Office is pretty much exactly what I look for, and I think it's at the point where I'd put it at the top of the list.

Yeah Curb your Enthusiasm is really funny. I have never been into Arrested Development. But The Office is soo funny. My brand exactly of humour.

Last show I watched was last weeks episode of South Park on my computer. It is about Eric pretending he is Tourettes so that he can say whatever he wants and not get in trouble for it. It is really funny.

"Friday Night Light" - For those of you who have never watched this show you owe it to yourself to watch - it is a great program.

So not only does Fox cancel this show, but now they rigorously monitor their IP on youtube and make eveyone take down all the Arrested Development clips. I mean, I understand why companies do this, but it just seems like a bad idea for such a niche show with a cult following. It's not like people are watching full episodes on YouTube or anything, so leaving hilarious clips on there is pretty much free advertising that will undoubtedly prompt a few people to actually purchase the DVDs. The lack of foresight in this is just perplexing to me. Same thing with SNL and MLB. Why don't they want free advertising in e-mail chains and message boards? Are they all just trapped in the 1990s still? Or are they and Hollywood so scared of bit torrents and staunch IP protection that it's just a blanket policy for everything, everywhere?

Would be nice if the entertainment industry would catch up with technology though.

    I mean, "COME on."

    Ok, quite a list:
Angel of course. We're into the final season. Just watched the episode where Angel begins to Turn bad(at least they think he is) setting up for the very big battle in the end.

    Back to You(Still pretty good)
Til Death(I think this shows gonna get cancelled this year. Not as funny as the first season)
    How I met you mother(Hilarious)
Paula Deans Home Cooking(Wow, she made some brownies I have got to try!)
Seasame Street(What can I say, my son love Elmo!)
The Unit (continued on with a pretty good show)
Kville * 2(alright for a new series, but I see it getting cancelled)
    Heros(Watched First episode again)
    Family Guy*3
    Simpsons*2

Still have a weeks worth of DVR to catch up on.
I think I have too many shows I DVR and watch, but I get to see more this way.

NBC videos don't work in Canada. I tried that once I saw your post. I ended up torrenting it and watching it. That was a very good episode. I think I am going to be liking this season.

    The Boondocks.

Best show on TV... Tonight's season 2 premiere was amazing. The animation looks a little crisper but not enough to make it look odd compared to Season 1.

Although I feel like South Park is on the verge of an amazing season, it probably won't compare to McGruder's brilliance for Season 2.

Oh, and Return of the King is my all-time favorite episode of any TV series.
