Once again, Better Call Saul does not disappoint.
It's now reached the point where I'm kind of dreading Jimmy becoming Saul any time soon (though I think it's near). They've done such a great job with the build up that I'm afraid when it happens they'll be pigeon holed. I'm enjoying the build up.
Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.

It is interesting. I watched the first season when it aired, I guess two years ago and thought it was OK. Although I almost decided not to watch season 2. But it was on Netflix so a month ago or so I decided to watch season 2. Slowly during the course of season 2 I became hooked again and slowly towards the end of the season the show started feeling a little more like Break Bad. Season 3 I can't wait for all the shows to air, so watching each week and it has morphed even more into Breaking Bad.

Strange thing is I want something bad to happen to Chuck, even though it is Jimmy who started most of it, and yet Chuck is Chuck.

The beauty of the writing is, just like BB, it's hard to predict what they are setting up and what is about to happen. It rarely takes the total cliched direction you might expect, or simply the easy way, yet makes total sense when it happens.
And the writers also know how to show restraint and textures. Last Monday, Jimmy didn't look like a lawyer happy to be scoring points in court nor happy to be trying to take down his brother (whether that is because he hated the position Chuck was forcing him to take, or whether he thought that would play better to the panel is another question... and more good writing to not really just telegraph to us which it was). And it all built instead of some Perry Mason moment with everything over the top.

Kudos to all the actors. BB for as good as it was, didn't have the solid acting at every point that BCS currently does. Who is simply not killing it? Michael McKean is awesome as Chuck. It's almost getting lost how well he's playing this role. I mean it's David St Hubbins doing this!

I just watched all of NARCOS season 1 in one night. Going to start season 2 later.

I really enjoy this show. It is really good and educational at the same time. (I have caught myself pausing the show and Googling something to see if it really happened a few times)

Great show but the Colombian (original) version of that show is much better, also they have a Brazilian guy (Pablo Escobar) trying to speak Spanish and this kind of screws everything up for me LOL

Another thing, I don't think anybody else noticed the part where he gets spit on his face (Pablo is breathing out of his nose) and he inhales the whole thing

Recently finished Crashing on HBO, I think it's definitely at least worth a watch. Found it to be a nice mix of compelling story and comedy.
Silicon Valley looks like it's in store for a nice season as well, although it's a bit slower so far than Season 3 (which was the best imo).

Also found out that season 2 of Atlanta won't be airing until 2018 sometime, which is disappointing. It was my favorite new show last year, on it's own level. Insecure was it's only rival for me.

The Keepers on Netflix. Scary and sad, and unfortunately as someone who went to Catholic school not all that surprising. I never saw abuse or anything like that, but there were a lot of preferred classes, weird machinations, and attempts to cover up bad behavior (what I saw was motivated by greed more than sex).
