Default Pro Bowl Skills Challenge - Sat. 6PM ESPN

just a heads up to anyone wanting to watch it

Innovative Kicks: Kickers will compete in a penalty-kick-style event. There will be 5 kicks from pre-determined positions. Whoever has made the most kicks after the first 5 is the winner, however if there is a tie, we will have a sudden-death kickoff.

    -Shayne Graham, Neil Rackers

On the Mark: Will test the quarterbacks speed, mobility, and accuracy. Participants will throw footballs from 4 separate stations. Stations 1, 2 and 3 will each have 2 footballs. Station 4 will have one football which will be thrown on the run in the designated "throw zone." The stationary targets will be set up at 15yards, 20 yards, 25 yards and 20 yards from their corresponding tee-boxes.

-Jake Delhomme, Matt Hasselbeck, Michael Vick, Trent Green, Steve Mcnair, Peyton Manning

The Strongest Man: Competitors will bench press 225 pounds as many times as possible. The competitor who completes the most repetitions will be declared the winner.

-Larry Allen, Joey Porter, Shaun Rogers, Osi Umenyiora, Lorenzo Neal, Lecharles Bentley

Best Hands: The participants will be challenged to move down the field through 4 separate receiving stations. Additionally, an obstacle is added at each station that partially obstructs the players view. The player to complete the course in the fastest time, and fewest penalties, will win the drill.

-Chad Johnson, Torry Holt, Rod Smith, Larry Fitzgerald, Antonio Gates, Steve Smith, Chris Chambers, Jason Witten

The Open Field (Obstacle Course): Designed to test all skills of a player and determines who the most versatile, agile Pro Bowler is. Each athlete is timed in this path of individual drills that test a players agility, footwork, endurance and athleticism.

-Brian Moorman, Darren Sharper, Koren Robinson, Larry Johnson, Cato June, Shawne Merriman, Jason Witten, Tommie Harris

The Fastest Man: Competition will feature eight players with two preliminary heats of four runners per heat. The top two finishers from each heat will advance to the final round. The first runner in the final round to cross the finish line wins the competition.

-Jerome Mathis, David Tyree, Bob Sanders, Hanik Milligan, Brian Moorman

    (Provided by NFL.com)

My picks: Neil Rackers, Shaun Rogers, Larry Fitzgerald, Peyton Manning, Bob Sanders, Cato June...

I can't believe that Marvin Harrison isn't in the best hands competition.

Cato won it. Don't know how everybody else is doing, just turned on the TV and saw he won the open field comp.

Manning was 2nd in the quarterback challenge. Sanders I think placed 3rd in the fastest man competition.
