Default Pacer players love going in the Stands

Whats the deal with only guys in Pacers uniforms going in the stands. I mean obviously the brawl, then AD.

I mean, didn't sam mitchell at one point go in the stands? It's just a humorous concept, all the people to go into the stands for various reasons were Pacers.

    I love this ORGANIZATION.

Sam Mitchell and Dennis Rodman got tangled up on the sideline of a Pacers/ Spurs game, and stumbled over the front row of courtside seats. That's probably what you are referring to.

Till to the music we grow deaf, to God's beauty blind
Why do the things that connect us slowly pull us apart?
Till we fall away in our own darkness, a stranger to our own hearts
And life itself, rushing over me
Life itself, the wind in black elms,
Life itself in your heart and in your eyes, I can't make it without you

Unless we gave up our draft rights for him, Vernon "Mad" Maxwell went in the stands once. That would make the Pacer organization 2 out of 3 for stand run-ins.

Just an as a matter of fact comment, I chuckled at your title.

I think it's just games where Larry Brown are coaching.

A Pacers coach. Coincidence? I think not.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

I'd like to point out that Artest and AD were also ex-Bulls.

Barkley went into the stands to confront a fan that spit on him. He didn't quite make it to the fan but he did go into the stands.

I think that kills the Pacers connection right there.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

Charles wanted to be a Pacer at one point.

I think Oliver Miller went in the stands once, but it was only because he was trying to get the attention of the cotton candy guy. There was a feeling of tension in the air, but once he got his candy, everybody breathed a sigh of relief.

Barkley spit into the stands, and hit the wrong person.

    He was never spit on.

"A talker who enjoyed interacting with fans, whether friends or foes, Barkley was intensely criticized in March of 1991, when he apparently spit at a child sitting at courtside. He explained afterward that he'd meant to hit a fan who was taunting him with racial epithets."

Cedric Maxwell went into the stands once. I heard him talking about it on Boston radio in the Ron aftermath. It was no big deal. I don't think he was even suspended.

Also as noted above, "Mad Max" Vernon Maxwell.

Didn't Bird jawjack somebody while he was playing at Indiana State? It seems to me he hit a fan.
