Ha, no. I keep myself pretty educated on the topic, even if I use that education rather poorly. But I've started eating pretty well the last month or so, and I've gotten back to running consistently. Now, I need to get back to lifting after a 7 month hiatus and having lost most of my muscle mass, which was at an all-time high for me.
Shade can tell you all about the particular eating habits I'm following. It seems as though he's doing about the same thing, though a little more with a little more protien and carbs than I am. It's not really a diet, as I'm eating all the damn time. It's just a much better way of eating. Nothing Earth shattering, but finally decided to actually take care of what goes into me this year.
