Wow, last time I checked, NY was comfortably ahead late in the game.

When I don't care about the teams, I just cheer for more and more OT

Knicks look like they're going to put this one away. 135-131 with 2 minutes left and Marbury shooting 2.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

This was my last game with Nash on my team (I have Iverson now). What a way to go out.

    some game notes......

Nash: 28 points and 22 assists in 55 minutes.

David Lee finished with 23 and 15 boards, and he played 51 minutes.

Shawn Marion put up 38 and 14 himself, in 60 minutes.

4 Suns fouled out of the game: Diaw, Burke, Bell and Thomas. No Knicks fouled out.

Suns were 13-44 from 3-point range. Nash was 3-13 from the arc.

The knicks outshot Phoenix from the FT line, 54-16.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

I think the Fouls is a teller

    PHX 41
    Knicks 27

That surely played a major part in the lose.....

A game for the record books:

How high is this in the total-points-per-game alltime record list?
(IIRC the record is the 186-184 game in Denver in the '80s)

    How about Marion's 60-minute game?

Nice to get a W and not fold after giving up a big lead.

Be nicer not to give up the big lead in the first place. So far this means nothing except we have some talent. If we follow it up over the next few games it'll actually matter.
