I'd be satisfied with Harrington, Maggette (not expecting it), two young promising players from Golden State, Morris Peterson and a draft pick, and past that I don't know.

Hicks, whats so special about Morris? I'm sure the Pick will be alright, but we're trying to accomplish a championship not rebuild... we're gonna try bringing a player who's gonna Impact the team not down grade it.

I'm shocked that more people aren't saying Rashard Lewis.

Now, at this point I don't think he's on the table. If he was, there'd already be a deal in place. But how could you say no to Rashard Lewis?

    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

I went for anyone that is either a player that is good and a great fit for us right now, or anything that involved good young players or picks.

Mo Pete would be a great bench player for a contender. If we had Denver's 1st and got lucky with that pick and ours we could be looking good in a year or two.

Also, I've been gone for a while, but is Andre Iguodala actually connected to the Pacers in any rumors, or just in the minds of hopeful Pacers fans?

I would take the Nene/Watson trade only if there was another to follow to unloading our overstock of our PG's. Unless of couse some were to be included.

Other than the Nene/Watson trade or either of the New York trades I wouldn't mind any of those trades too much.

Ok apparently on I and Peck... who voted for every trade of course
picked James Posey.... great defensive player... can hit the three.. I would of course look to get some young talent or draft pick along with it, but I certainly like guy. I recall most of the grizz fans always had high remarks for him....

Did you take into account getting Posey means Miami is getting Artest? Shaq, Wade, Artest - just hand them the championship.
That is unless there were a 3-way deal.

Half of those guys on that list are just big wishes Pacers fans have.

For me its still Baby Al it doesnt look like we will get him because of how Donnie is saying most of the talk is coming from the west. Then I would have Odom, and Pietrus and Ike.

I was going to say Peja Stojakovic because I want him taken off our Kings roster, but since I am also a Pacer fan, that would only move him from one of my teams to another. I chose Maggette because I would love to see him in a Pacer uniform. Unfortunately, I don't see it happening.

True I would assume in that case it would require a three way deal. there is no way Artest goes to the Heat.

I am suprised that more people didn't vote
for Kwame Brown. I mean didn't anyone see
    him guarding Shaq today.

Yes I seen him, I have also seen him play about 10 games this year and suck it up out there. One game doesnt make a player. I rather have some of these guys who proved that they can play good night in and night out.

I went on the assumption that we will not be trading SJax......so all my picks were for defensive players that don't take that many shots.

    Same here, except for:
    Wilcox+filler
    Swift
    Kwame
    Posey+filler

    Those are just horrible trades.

    Peanuts.

    Potato Chips.

A bag of hot, fresh popcorn.

I've said for years that an unprotected #1 from a lottery team would be steal for the Pacers.
Why do the things that we treasure most, slip away in time
Till to the music we grow deaf, to God's beauty blind
Why do the things that connect us slowly pull us apart?
Till we fall away in our own darkness, a stranger to our own hearts
And life itself, rushing over me
Life itself, the wind in black elms,
Life itself in your heart and in your eyes, I can't make it without you

Lamar Odom would be great. Talent-wise certainly not much of a loss compared to Artest.

He would form a rather strong front court together with JO.

    22. Stromile Swift 8.45%
    23. Chris Wilcox + filler 5.63%
    23. Kwame Brown 5.63%
Results thus far. Suprised Rashard Lewis doesn't have a higher %. His contract and the fact he plays the same position as Danny Granger must be holding him back.
Also, 4 people voting for Kwame "Freakin" Brown is scary.
