At least there are no undeserving players there taking a sopt from a deserving player. That's all I care about.

Who cares who starts the game, really? Nobody gets an asterisk for coming off the bench.

You might say Shaq, but he'll have earned it by Februrary. Same with TMac.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

I'm going to look like a complete homer if I do the East bench, so I'll just predict the west:

    C: Camby
    F: Duncan
    F: Dirk
    G: Parker
    G: Baron
    wild card #1: Brand
    wild card #2: Marion

    Not a chance in hell.

He would have been a lock, but what coach is going to vote that guy into the all-star game?

If he hadn't requested a trade and continued putting up the stats that he was, sure. But not now. And with him continuing to talk, it only gets worse. No coach is going to vote him on.

Ron may actually open the door for Sheed to make the team this year.

    Oh, the irony....

Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.
