Default I want AJ traded RIGHT NOW

Now, admittedly, I've never been much of a fan of AJ's, and I may even have started the anti-AJ bandwagon last year. At this point, however, it should be painfully obvious that AJ needs to go. I don't even really care what the hell we get in return for him. Rick just needs to not have the option even available to play him major minutes anymore. We went out and spent all that money on Saras for a reason, damnit.

It's Curry/Prince all over again. WTF, Rick?!

This forum needs to stop with the "Trade player that just had a bad game NOW!!!" threads right after a loss.

Exactly. This is just out of control, and it's not anything Rick is going to get over. Nip it in the bud NOW, don't let Rick have the option.

I don' necessarily want AJ traded, but I want it to where Rick doesn't have the option to pull this crap. It's not really a knock on AJ... moreso Rick.

The only way is for AJ to go, so AJ has to go. Unless you want Rick gone instead...

Because if it comes down to keeping Rick or AJ, AJ loses.

No, but it's always somebody. Thus why I said it's a forum issue.

When AJ and Saras were both in the game, and AJ was allowed to run the show.....

I don't know, if Larry would just b!tchslap Rick and tell him to get over AJ....

This happens when Tinsey is healthy, too. AJ shoud remain the 3rd-strng PG and should ONLY lay under those conditions. Not over Tins or Saras, and not over Jack or Fred at the 2.

He was in the game about 10-14 minutes too long, and shouldn't have been handling the ball at the end.

aaah but sara had a great game and hey Tins is pouting because we want him traded.
Rick = "untouchable" so let's go after AJ who plays within his own limits.

    we just sucked tonight -eof-
out-rebounded, out-hustled and dependent on JO and Ron, and no offensive flow whatsoever.

and our defense was on a night off, having a party in Atl perhaps ?

Just curious, but does every other NBA team's fans have such a wacky obsession with 3rd string and forced-into-back-up-status point guards?
This is what makes me sad.

You know how many times Detroit fans probably called for Curry to go? You know how many times Raptors fans probably called for it in Toronto under O'Neil? It never happened (till the offseason).

This is the last thing I would ever, ever, ever say about AJ.

AJ hadn't played like in 4 or 5 games, until Tinsley got hurt

AJ is the 3rd string point guard

    Where have you been

Our offense had no flow when AJ ran the point and Ron decided he could score on 5 guys.

This is partially Rick's fault, but AJ should definatly be traded. Rick's gotta get over his vet obsessions and play who's better.

Kind of like how he played Curry in Detroit rather than Prince.

Saras should be in control of this team from now on. I've seen so much maturity in such few games.

    In 30 minutes of play:
Saras had 16 pts, hit 4/5 threes, 7 rebs, 9 asts, and 2 steals

In 40 minutes of play (combined stats):
AJ and Jones had 9 pts, 1/5 threes, 4 rebs, 7 asts, and 1 steal

Send AJ and Jones in a 2 for 1 and get somebody that can play the pg/sg to replace Jones, but can also play the point.

As soon as Tinsley gets back, put him behind Saras at the starting spot.

I'm not doubting that it's mostly Rick's fault for playing him so much, but since the two can apparently not co-exist, we need to make a decision. Is there anyone who would pick AJ over Rick?

That's what tends to happen when the rest of the "team" isn't doing squat. Ron tried to step up.

It is also what tends to happen when AJ gets the ball, wastes 10 second taking a crap on the three point line, and then dumps it down to Ron.
