Man JJ is killing the Heat, would be really nice if we kept him instead of signing Sarunas. He is just a jump shooter but a damn good one though.

He is having a pretty good game btw. Steve Nash already has 10 assists. He and Billups should get co-MVP.

Miami still hasn't beaten a quality team this season. At all.

I still don't think Billups deserves MVP. All-NBA sure, not MVP.

It would be hard not to choose Chaucey for MVP if Detroit can keep this pace up the rest of the season.

I just don't like the idea of putting him on such a high pedistal above his teamates. Doesn't seem right.

I understand but with the year the Pistons are having it would be robbery for someone from another team to get it.Bsides Ben will win DYOP again and Rip will be an all-star.

If they win 65 to 70 games it would only seem right.

4 all-stars and 2-3 all-NBA selections would be fine with me.

Ben's motored right past AK47 for in the DPOY running as well. At the beginning of the season, I thought AK47 was a shoe-in.

Problem with AK47 is he can't stay healthy long enough to be considered .IMO

But I love his all around skills though.

If a Canadian posted in the woods and no one was around to read it, would it be America's fault?

But on another note, I'm actually looking forward to watching Kobe play again. Don't think I've ever said that before.

No. It would be your fault.

If btown posted, regardless of the location, and no one was around to read it, would it be the ignore lists' fault?

Ron plays his first game back today.

    15pts, 6boards, 2assists, 4steals.

Paul Pierce must have been thinking he cant get rid of that guy. First game back for Ron against the Celtics...PP seemed to do ok by the boxscores.

Wallyworld hit 10pts off the bench for the Celts.

Anyone see the Pistons/Grizzlies game? All I can say is Wow Chauncey Billups. Dude is incredible in crunch time. He had a 10-0 run all on his own from 3:04 to 1:28 in the 4th quarter.

4 All-Stars? Ben, yes, in the East. Chauncey, probably. Rip, maybe. Rasheed, definite no. Tayshaun, not a chance in hell.

I know you love your team, but don't go overboard with the homerism.

I don't think they're in the mood to hear about it.

    Oh well.

Only the Pistons are capable of playing like total garbage against a team like Memphis, and still win.

As much in love with stats as you are, I'm not even going to worry about Rasheed, because any coach that's gone up against him will tell you that Rasheed has a bigger effect on a game than almost any power forward.

The coaches will vote Rasheed Wallace in. I'm %100 confident in that. He's one of the deadliest 4th quarter scorers in the NBA, and he's a devastating player on defense.

I'm actually more worried about Rip than I am about Rasheed.

I think the Pistons get 4 in, and it would probably be unprecedented to get 4 voted in by the coaches. They are eleven and a half games ahead of everyone in the East. They've completely dominated the conference thus far.

Ben & Billups are locks, Sheed probably is considering Jermaine O'Neal's injury. I'm worried about Hamilton. He deserves it, though. He's having a career year on the best team in the league.

He's not an All-Star though. Not all good players are All-Stars, you don't seem to understand that. He's a nice role player, but he's not an All-Star. All-Star big men score, pass, rebound and defend. Sheed does one of those, and he isn't even top-5 at that. His impact on the game isn't near what you make it out to be. Ask people in Portland the impact Rasheed had on their team
Good player? Yes. All-Star? Not while JO, Bosh, Emeka, Howard, Webber, and Jamison are around. If Sheed does make it, it will only be a "Dale Davis Respect™" All-Star bid made possible via JO being out with an injury.

Is Rasheed Wallace in Portland now? Maybe I'll go ask people in Portland the impact Jermaine O'Neal had.

And the fact that you said Chauncey Billups is PROBABLY an all-star is one of the most ignorant statements I've heard on this board.

Compare Austin Croshere to Rasheed Wallace. Equal offensively, Austins a better rebiunder, Sheeds a better defender. Noone here is saying Austin is an All-Star, so please dont say Mr. 15 and 6 is an All-Star, because you come across as an arrogant homer.

No offense, but I was actually wondering if he duped you guys. Maybe it's a ******-Earl situation.
