I was just about to post that they're headed into double OT.

Yeah, I thought we had 2OT too.

Hmm, a good team losing to the Bucks at the buzzer. Why does that sound familar.

Bucks did all they could to give that game away and still managed to win.

Spurs drop another game behind the Pistons.

Dallas could tie SA for 1st in the west with a win tonight in LA.

K, I'm looking at league wide records. Am I right in saying that the Pacers' 14-8 is 5th best right now?

If it is, that seems really bad. Is there a shortage of great teams? Well, yeah I guess there is, only SA and DET are great so far.

Err, yeah sorry for that rambling

Actually, going by winning percentage, Indiana has the 4th-best record.

I suppose that dilemma will be solved tomorrow night...

And yes, aside from Dallas, SA and Detroit, no team in the NBA has really played at an elite level for an extended period of time this year.

The Lakers present Rick fox with his last worn Laker jersey during a timeout.

Hopefully for him they didn't list the SCORE of that game on his framed jersey.....

I don't think it's a case of Crappy or good teams, more a case of even talent across the board...

The hawks are good on any given day and have shown that despite a crappy start to the season

Everyone's a Winner.. Except in Toronto....ohh and NY

Bucks and Cavs are now 14-9. Cavs have won 3 straight since theyre little slide down the CD. they're also 9-3 at home.

I think there's 4 elite level teams: Detroit, San Antonio, Dallas, and Miami.

And there's 5 teams that stink: Charlotte, Atlanta, Toronto, Portland, and the Knicks.

And everyone else is relatively the same, although 6 teams -- Indiana, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Phoenix, Memphis, and the Clippers -- could potentially vault to elite level status.

That's how I see the NBA right now.

I haven't watched Paul play yet, I don't think. SOunds like I am missing out.
Chris Paul just like in College is the real deal.... and a triple double threat...
and the Hawks did not select him because that is how Teams like the Hawks remain the Hawks which in the NBA takes some concerted effort to do...

    Why Not Us ?

It's funny that SAR misses the game and the lowly Kings are pounding the Clippers by 21 in LA in the 3rd quarter. Coincidence? I think not.

It's weird reading the 'lowly' Kings. It's true but still weird. Man they were a fun team in their prime. C-Webb and those Princeton cuts and whatnot.

Billups with 23 points, 13 assists, 7 rebounds tonght. Just another day at the office for the MVP.

    Here's a couple fun stats...

-The Pistons weren't 20 games over .500 last year untill April 16th.
-The Pistons are the only team in the east with single digit losses. They have THREE.

I am still in a bit of shock.

Cavs upended the Pistons. I know we aren't even close to Detroit anymore but it still makes me feel good.

Anybody see the Cavs-Rockets game on TNT just now? The Cavs put a mic in front of some chick during a timeout, and she grabs it and yells, "King James! Please take me to your....."

....and then she got cut off.

I watched the Spurs during half time of the football game last night and Ginobili schooled Ratliff twice within 2 minutes. He crossed him over once for a layup and then jab stepped and went around his back for another layup. Anyone that says this guy is overrated is nuts. He could put up 30 a night if he had to.
