What a fourth quarter comeback! Too bad it fell short, but at least it was respectable. But if we would have prevented the 20 point deficit - oh well.

I only saw the 4th quarter but Ron Artest clearly still has some screws loose.

Kstat with the "in depth" reporting .... Please let us know if you find any other breaking news to pass on..

By the way the sky is blue has already been posted

Artest a few times did try to do too much with good intention ... but his effort tonight could not be questioned...

Yes that too. I remember wishing Granger would be inserted for Cro. Austin just sucks at defense, and probably rebounds worse than Danny.

I wish Tinsley was a robot that could play for 48 minutes cause our offense suffers so much when he has to go out its not even funny. When I see Saras or AJ getting off the bench I cringe.

Hi guys, I'm new here and just got back from the game. I'll try and lighten things up by posting a quote Scot Pollard said after the game. Addressing the small crowd with a heart warming message.

"I want to thank you all for coming out here tonight. I promise we'll play better next game, and we'll whip Miami's *** again."

I guess the underlying point is we where flat, and slow in the first half, began to put a few solid stretches in the third, and a solid 4th quarter.

We basically played a quarter and a half (if that) of Pacer basketball and almost got away with it...as guilty of a pleasure as that would have been.

Pacers for whatever reason are almost a better road team then home team in some cases, thriving on the us against them mentality..

I am positive this team will come out ten times more focused on Wednesday, after tonight's overall performance.

Frustrating that the Pacers let the Sixers get 20 ahead of them to begin with, but I think we made a nice little comeback.

Some things I think we need to improve on-- the tendency for individual Pacers to want to take over a game when they should be playing better team ball (in this case, Ronnie did that a few times), minimizing turnovers, and staying out of foul trouble. We certainly weren't helped by the fact that both Jermaine and Jamaal got in serious foul trouble pretty early.

This was actually the first Pacer game I've been able to watch this season, as I missed both the Magic and the Heat games because I had to work. So this was my first look at both Danny Granger and Sarunas Jasikevicius. Sarunas had some difficulties, and was probably the least effective of our three point guards tonight, but he was able to contribute with his long-range shooting in any event. I liked how Danny stayed aggressive throughout.

I think we've got a very good team here, and it's far too early for me, or anyone, to start verbally tearing them to shreds. I was under no misconception that this year would finally be the year we went 82-0, after all. We just have'ta take it one day at a time and consider each game, whether it be a win or a loss, to be a learning experience.

Besides, our almost-comeback was fun to watch, wasn't it?

We made horrible, careless, stupid passes and didn't flow very well at all except for the last quarter. You could definitely tell this was a begining season game.

Why you said that Saras was least effective of 3-pointer, he spent all the time on bench, played about 9 minutes and had 2 from 3. Not really bad I think.
