Thread: Ten best players in the NBA

  1. #1

Default Ten best players in the NBA

    2 at each position

    PG 1.Steve Nash 2.
    SG 1.Kobe Bryant 2.Tracy McGrady
    SF 1.LeBr. James 2.Ron Artest
    PF 1.Kevin Garnett 2. Jerm. O'Neal
    C 1.Tim Duncan 2.ShaqDiesel

So who's the 2nd best PG?

D.Wade would have finished 2nd behind Kobe but...If you take Shaq away from D.Wade is he better then McGrady?
"He wanted to get to that money time. Time when the hardware was on the table. That's when Roger was going to show up. So all we needed to do was stay close"

Well, if we put each player at his natural position:

    C - Shaq/Yao (maybe Cthulu )
    PF - Duncan/Garnett
    SF - LBJ/Ron-Ron
    SG - Kobe/T-Mac
    PG - Nash/Kidd (though he's starting to get injury-prone)

Tins could move up that PG list pretty quickly.

yeah no doubt iverson is in this

and the 2 people at each position is dumb, the ten best players are clearly....

Nash, Iverson, tmac, Lebron, Ron, Rip Hamilton, Garnett, Duncan, Shaq, Dwade

RIp hamilton might seem like he doesn't belong but from two two games I have see, I see Rip Hamilton carrying the Pistons this year on his shoulders.

Rip Hamilton is easily the best player on the pistons.

Rip wouldn't make the top 25.

If we're basing on the last two games, than Michael Redd is way ahead of Rip.

As for PG, I think it's Kidd until somebody definitely knocks him down a peg, just like Nash did last year.

Normally the 5 best plaers in the league are in the NBA-1st-team.
In there is also Dirk Nowitzki, the number 3 in the MVP vote, so it's a bit weird that none of you list him in a Top 10 (not even 5).
Everybodies entitled to his own opinion, but he made a top team in the west of a Mavs team that had lost the MVP Steve Nash.
He plays with a bunch of no-goods and still makes his team one of the best. Apparently most people around the league think so as well, as he was voted number 3 in the MVP vote.

Micheal Redd is goin' crazy right now. If he keeps this up he has to be in the top ten. My top Ten looks like this (In no order):

    1. Jermaine O'Neal
    2. Steve Nash
    3. Tracy McGrady
    4. Shaq O'Neal
    5. Kobe Bryant
    6. Lebron James
    7. Dwayne Wade
    8. Tim Duncan
    9. Kevin Garnett
    10. Allen Iverson

Some of my honerable mentions are:
Ron Artest, Jason Kidd, Dirk Nowinzki, Micheal Redd, Peja , Yao Ming, Manu, and Ray Allen.

Keep in mind that I am going on what I think this season and this season only. That is also the only reason I left Amare off of my list. I know some of you might not agree with my list but I dont care so .
