Saras' nick is Saras, not Runi, Jasik or other stupid ones.
Since these nicknames have no context for me, they have no meaning good or bad, but if someone wants to give him another nickname are you saying they can't do that? Anyhoo, welcome to PD and let the foreign nickname battles begin!
I'm gonna go out and call him Sarunas. Sound good?
I agree. Whatever is wrong with Sarunas's name that he beget a thousand nicknames? I realize that his last name is very awkward, but there must be a European fetish for nicknames, because it seems common for your musicians(Bono, Sting) and sports stars to have nicknames that replace the person's given name. Over here, it's more typical for us to refer to players by just their last name: Tinsley, Artest, Bender or first name: Dale, Jermaine, Reggie. Some players pick up nicknames, like Vinsanity or the Glove, but they rarely replace a person's real name in average usage with a notable exception being: Dr. J.
