Pacemates for 2005-06 Announced

Pacers Sports & Entertainment has announced the members of the 2005-06 Indiana Pacemates dance team. The Pacemates are the official dance team of the National Basketball Association's Indiana Pacers and perform at every Pacers home game. Veteran members returning and their hometowns are: Michelle Bowyer (Columbia City, Ind.); Nicole Fama (Rochester, N.Y.); Lindsay Gardner (Greenwood, Ind.); Sheenah Johnson (Fort Wayne, Ind.); Melanie Potesta (Indianapolis); Kimberly Reed (Fort Wayne, Ind.); Johnica Roach (Anderson, Ind.); Mallori Walker (Joliet, Ind.); Darcy Woods (Indianapolis); Tiffany Wright (Greenwood, Ind.).

The newest members to this year's squad and their hometowns are: Erin Batic (Indianapolis); Ashley Bradley (Speedway, Ind.); Kirston Hiller (Marion, Ind.); Amanda Kunda (Aberdeen, NJ/Hawley, Penn.); Erin Romine (Bloomington, Ind.).

Stacy Austin is in her fifth year as the Pacemates' choreographer and coordinator. Originally from Fort Wayne, Austin was a nine-year member of the Pacemates before taking over as choreographer/coordinator for both the Pacemates and Fever Inferno.
