Artest
Ron Artest: He made appearances in seven of the season's first nine games and led the Pacers with a career-best average of 24.6 ppg…in those seven games he scored at least 22 points six times and registered 31 points in the season-opener at Cleveland, 11/3…he shot a career-best 92.2 percent from the foul line (47-51)…including a season-best 3-4 3-pt FGS, he scored 29 points at Philadelphia, 11/12…in that game against the Sixers, he shot 10-15 (.667) from the floor overall and made 6-6 FTS…that was one of three games in which he made at least two 3--pt FG on the season…he scored the 5,000th point of his NBA career in the overtime loss at Philadelphia, 11/12…he had a season-high nine boards in the opener at Cleveland…he also had at least one steal in each of his seven outings and averaged 1.71 spg…he had a season-best four thefts in the Pacers' win vs. Atlanta, 11/17…he had at least two assists in each of his seven games and averaged 3.1 apg…for his involvement in an incident at the end of the game at Detroit, 11/19, he was suspended for the remainder of the season.
Bender
Jonathan Bender: A persistent sore right knee limited him to just seven games and forced him to two extensive stays on the injured list…he scored a season-high 11 points in the season-opener at Cleveland, 11/3…he would play in just one of the next eight games and was placed on the injured list for the first time, 11/20…in his only appearance of that eight-game span, he scored five points and snared a season-best four rebounds vs. Atlanta, 11/17…he was activated from the injured list prior to the game vs. Orlando, 1/15, and scored eight points on 4-8 FGS against the Magic…he had his only steal of the season against the Magic…that was the first of five appearances in a 10-game span that extended until 2/4…he had at least four points in four of those five games and three of his four assists on the season came in that five-game span…he was placed back on the injured list, 2/4, where he remained for the rest of the season.
Nick Billings: He was considered a possible NBA draft prospect after a junior season that saw him average 12.3 ppg, 6.6 rpg and 3.5 bpg…he was named to the all-America East second team in 2003-04…the team's leading rebounder, he averaged 7.1 rpg in America East Conference games…he also blocked 99 shots and was third on the team with 22 steals in 28 games--all as a starter…however, he averaged just 4.9 ppg and 3.8 rpg as a senior in 2004-05…as a senior, he led the team with 34 blocked shots and left school ranked second in America East history with 336 rejections…he led the Bearcats in rebounding five times, including two games with 10 boards…through his junior season, he ranked 10th on the NCAA's Division I all-time career blocks per game list with an average of 3.87 bpg…he was named the 2003 America East Defensive Player of the Year after blocking 117 shots as a sophomore…he ranked second in the nation in blocked shots behind Connecticut's Emeka Okafor.
Carter
Maurice Carter: After being selected in the 2004 expansion draft by the Charlotte Bobcats and subsequently being waived in training camp, he signed with Lottomatica Roma in Italy, where in 24 games, he averaged 13.3 ppg, 2.5 rpg and 1.5 spg…after being waived by the Lakers in training camp in October, 2003, he played 14 games for Gary of the CBA and averaged 15.4 ppg, 3.1 rpg and 2.5 apg…in December, 2003, he was traded to the Dakota Wizards…he signed the first of two 10-day contracts with the Lakers, 1/30/04, and in four games averaged 5.5 ppg on 5-14 FGS, 1-3 3-pt FGS and 11-12 FTS…in the CBA, he averaged 19.0 ppg, ranking him seventh in the league…as a result, he was named to the all-CBA second team…he helped Dakota win its second CBA championship in three years by scoring 36 points in the final game, which led to him being named the Finals MVP…against Idaho, 1/27/04, he scored a league season-high 44 points…he signed a 10-day contract with the Hornets, 3/25/04…in six games with New Orleans, he scored 3.3 ppg on 11-35 FGS, 4-11 3-pt FGS and 16-20 FTS…since a career at LSU in which he averaged 17.3 ppg as a senior, he has played in the IBL, the ABA, Greece, the CBA and the NBA.
Shelly Clark: Probably the most well-traveled player on the rookie/free agent camp roster, over the last 10 years, he has played in Puerto Rico, Turkey, Cyprus, Argentina, Israel, Venezuela, the USBL, the NBDL and the CBA…following a brief stint with Guácharos de Maturin in Venezuela, he signed with the Gary Steelheads of the CBA…however, his statistics from the 2004-05 season are not available…he also played for the Steelheads in 2003-2004, averaging 13.9 ppg. and 9.8 rpg in 37 games…his 9.8 rpg. was good for third best in the CBA…he averaged 17.0 ppg and a league-high 11.3 rpg in the Steelheads' first visit to the CBA playoffs…he had season-highs of 28 points at Rockford, 1/6/04, and 20 rebounds vs. Yakima, 2/21, and vs. Rockford, 2/28…he played with Marinos de Oreinte in Venezuela and was the Most Valuable Player of the Venezuelan Finals in 2002-2003…he averaged 14.9 ppg, 7.7 rpg and 2.0 apg in the summer of 2002 for Maratonistas de Coamo in Puerto Rico…in 15 games with the Steelheads in 2001-02, he averaged 11.0 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 2.2 apg…he led the Argentina League in rebounds (9.4 rpg.) in 2000-01 while playing for Obras Sanitarias…he also led team in scoring with 17.4 points per game...he played two seasons at the University of Illinois after transferring from Indian Hills (Iowa) Community College…as a senior (1994-95), he averaged 11.8 ppg and 8.3 rpg in 28 games for the Fighting Illini…in two seasons at Illinois, he averaged 10.7 ppg and 7.4 rpg two seasons at Illinois.

John Edwards: An undrafted rookie, he saw action in 25 games for the Pacers with one start...he had his best game with Indiana as a starter at Sacramento, 12/3…in that game, he scored nine points on 4-8 FGS and 1-4 FTS. he added career-highs of five rebounds, two assists and 31 minutes against the Kings...he totaled 139 minutes, 85 of which came in a six-game span from 11/10 to 12/3…he totaled 29 points for the season and had 14 of them in a six-game span from 11/10 to 12/3...he shot 2-6 FGS in his first three games of the season, but then hit 9-18 FGS over his next 17 games...he scored three points on 3-4 FTS vs. Utah, 3/16, and his three free throws made were a career-high and his four attempts tied his most in 2004-05...he had 12 rebounds in his first eight games and totaled 19 boards for the season...he had eight offensive rebounds, including a career-high three at Sacramento, 12/3, and two at Golden State, 12/4…he blocked four shots, including two in his second game--vs. the Clippers, 11/10...he missed 28 games while on the injured list from 1/15 to 3/13 with a strained right quadricep.
Charlie Gaines: He was the second leading scorer (18.3 ppg) for the Michigan Mayhem and was the top rebounder in the CBA with an average of 11.4 rpg in 2004-05…he ranked 11th in the league in scoring…having shot 296-511 from the floor (.579), he ranked third in the CBA in that department…he saw action in 44 games (30 starts) for the Mayhem after playing nine games with Eurofiditalia Reggio Calabria in Italy…in Italy, he averaged 14.4 ppg and 8.8 rpg, while shooting 52.2 percent from the floor…a second team All-Conference USA selection, he averaged 15.7 points (Ranked ninth in C-USA) and a league-leading 10.1 rpg as a senior in 2003-04…he posted 15 double-doubles and scored 20 or more points on nine occasions…he posted career-highs of 36 points and 18 rebounds against Georgia Southern…he scored 20 points and matched a career-high with 18 rebounds at Houston…he recorded 24 points and 12 rebounds against DePaul…he started all 57 games he played at Southern Mississippi…he recorded 31 double-doubles during his four-year career…he finished collegiate career at Southern Mississippi after playing his first two seasons at Southwest Missouri State.
Granger
Danny Granger: He earned First Team All-Mountain West Conference and First Team NABC District 13 honors his junior and senior seasons…he finished his collegiate career at New Mexico after playing a season and a half at Bradley. he ranks in the top 10 in career blocked shots at both New Mexico and Bradley…as a senior, he ranked second in the Mountain West Conference in scoring (18.8 ppg), third in rebounding (8.9 rpg), second in steals (2.1 spg), second in blocks (2.0 bpg) and third in 3-pt field goal percentage (.433)…he missed three games due to minor surgery to repair a tear in the lateral meniscus of his left knee…in 2004-05, he was the first player in school history to record 60 assists, 60 blocks and 60 steals in a season…he recorded 13 double-doubles…he was named MWC Tournament MVP after averaging 24.3 ppg, 11.0 rpg, 3.7 apg and 3.0 bpg in three games.
Harrison
David Harrison: He shot 57.6 percent from the floor, setting the Pacers' rookie record…with enough attempts to qualify he would have led all of the NBA's rookies in field goal percentage in 2004-05…after going scoreless and without a rebound in eight minutes in the season-opener at Cleveland, 11/3, he scored eight points and collected six rebounds off the bench at Boston, 11/5…in that game, he shot 2-2 FGS and 4-6 FTS…he scored 19 points with eight rebounds, two steals and three steals in a career-high 44 minutes vs. Orlando, 11/20…that was his first game of double-figure points in the NBA…tying for the team lead in scoring, he notched a career-high 22 points vs. Toronto, 12/17…that was the only time in 2004-05 that he led the team in scoring…in all, he scored in double figures eight times and registered one double-double…he collected a career-high 10 boards and scored 12 points at Atlanta, 12/14…he blocked an average of 1.28 bpg, ranking fourth among all rookies in the NBA.
Jimmie Hunter: Following 19 games with the Gary Steelheads, he averaged 17.8 ppg after signing in February, 2005, with Sebastiani Rieti in Italy…with Gary in the CBA, he averaged 20.8 ppg, 2.8 rpg and 3.8 apg…a 2004 CBA All-Star, he averaged 20.3 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 4.2 apg and 2.0 spg in 48 games for the Rockford Lightning…he spent part of the 2002-03 season with the Harlem Globetrotters team that played against U.S. college teams…he turned professional following his sophomore season in which he led Life University in Atlanta to its second consecutive NAIA title…in the championship game of the NAIA tournament, he hit the game-winning shot with 12 seconds left…he earned first team all-NAIA honors and was the NAIA Player of the Year after leading the team in scoring (22.1 ppg), steals (99) and blocked shots (63)…he finished second on the team with 112 assists…he scored 30+ points eight times, including a season-best 39 vs. The Master's College…he played his freshman season at Memphis where he averaged 16.2 ppg in 20 games…he led the team with 17.1 ppg in Conference USA games.
LeRoy Hurd:The Southland Conference's leading scorer as a junior and senior, he was the SLC's tournament MVP as a senior in 2004…he signed with Chalons-en-Champagne in France, but was waived in November, 2004, after just seven games…after a brief stint with the Portland Reign of the ABA, he signed with the Columbus Riverdragons in the NBDL…with Columbus, he averaged 10.0 ppg, 3.7 rpg and 1.4 apg in 26 games…he played his junior and senior seasons at Texas-San Antonio after transferring from the University of Miami (FL)…he averaged a career-high and league-leading 19.4 ppg in leading the Road Runners to the Southland Conference title as a senior…he also averaged 8.0 rpg and was named the 2004 Player of the Year…he averaged a league-high 17.6 ppg and 8.0 rpg in his first year at Texas-San Antonio and was named the Southland Newcomer of the Year.
Michel Morandais: A teammate of the Pacers' David Harrison the University of Colorado in 2003-04, he earned Second Team All-Big 12 honors his junior and senior years…he finished his career as Colorado’s seventh all-time leading scorer with 1,428 points…he also ranked sixth all-time in career games played (116), ninth in assists (294) and tied for 13th in steals (103)…he led the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament in scoring (20.7 ppg) and averaged 6.3 rpg and 3.0 apg and was named to the All-Tournament Team…as a senior, he averaged 16.1 points (ranking sixth in the Big 12), 4.4 rebounds and a team-high 3.1 assists…he scored 20 or more points eight times, registering a season-high 28 points on 9-11 shooting against Missouri...this past season, he averaged 9.9 ppg and 3.6 rpg in 47 games for Vertical Vision Cantu in the Italian League…a native of the French West Indies, he played for the French National team in 2003.
Kevinn Pinkney: A senior co-captain, he was the only three-year letter winner on Nevada’s roster…he was named to the all-WAC second team and the all-defensive team this season…he played in 108 games for the Wolfpack during his four-year career…he scored double figures in 23 of 31 games for Nevada in 2004-05, including a team-high 22 points in the team's loss to Illinois, 3/1, in the second round of the NCAA tournament and a team-leading 25 points at Toledo, 12/7…he was the team's leading scorer in both of its NCAA tournament games…he recorded double-digit rebounds 11 times…he ranked second on the team in rebounding (7.7 rpg), scoring (12.1 ppg) and free-throw percentage (.730)…since his arrival on campus, Nevada won 85 games, the most all-time by any single member of the Wolf Pack…he also started 81 straight games in which he has played…he missed 18 games during his career because of injury, including the last 16 of his sophomore season…he ranks sixth all-time in the school history for blocked shots with 89.
Shane Power: A former Indiana High School All-Star and the 2000 3A Trester Award winner, he led Gary Andrean to the State Finals against Indianapolis Brebeuf…he was selected to the all-SEC second team by the league's coaches as a senior, after averaging 11.1 ppg, 4.1 rpg and 2.4 apg…he was presented the prestigious Babe McCarthy Memorial Award by the school for best exemplifying the highest traits of character, leadership, desire and hustle…the Crown Point, Ind., native set a new all-time school record by connecting on 41.7 percent of his 3-pt attempts during his two-year MSU playing career…as a junior, he was named the 2003-04 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year…he also collected MSU's Academic Award for posting the team's highest grade point average in 2004-05…he played his first two years at Iowa State, where he teamed with the Pacers' Jamaal Tinsley as a freshman…in his second season with the Cyclones, he started all 31 games and averaged 13.6 ppg with 4.5 rpg…he is 22nd on Indiana's all-time career scoring list with 2,110 points in his career at Andrean.

Aleksandar Radojevic: He saw action in 12 games for the Utah Jazz, before being waived 1/4/05…in one of his best outings of the season, he scored four points on 2-4 FGS and hauled in a season-best six rebounds in a loss at Boston, 12/17…in 12 games, he averaged 1.6 ppg and 2.3 rpg…an early entry candidate for the NBA draft in 1999, he was selected 12th overall by the Toronto Raptors…on the active roster to begin the 1999-2000 season, he made his first NBA appearance in the opener vs. Boston 11/2, playing one scoreless minute…placed on injured list after two games due to a tear in the medial meniscus of his left knee...he underwent back surgery on 1/6 and returned for the final two games of the season...he scored his first NBA point on a free throw at Miami, 4/8...in the season finale at Orlando on 4/19 had six points, eight rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 19 minutes…he missed the entire 2000-01 season due to back surgery performed in October…an all-NJCAA third team pick, he averaged 15.4 ppg, 9.0 rpg and 4.0 bpg as a sophomore at Barton County Community College in Kansas…a native of Serbia and Montenegro, he originally had committed to Ohio State, but was ruled ineligible by the NCAA for playing four games and a total of 19 minutes for a Yugoslavian pro team two years prior
Jemiel Rich: A second team All-CBA selection, he was named to the CBA's All-Defensive Team for the second straight year in 2004-05…while playing for the Gary Steelheads, he led the league in assists (9.7 apg) and steals (2.8 spg), and ranked 15th in scoring (17.8 ppg)…he grabbed a league-high eight steals against Rockford, 1/12…voted to the Eastern Conference All-Star Team, he scored 15 points and dealt 10 assists in the All-Star game...he was also named to the all-CBA second team and the All-Defensive Team in 2004, after averaging a league-high 10.6 apg and ranking second in the league in steals with 2.7 spg…he earned Player of the Week honors for the week ending March 7…during that week, he posted a league-high 23 assists against Sioux Falls, 3/2…he grabbed a team-high seven steals against Dakota, 1/23.…voted to the American All-Star Team, he scored eight points with 11 assists in the All-Star game…since leaving Southern Methodist in 1997, he has played in Lithuania, Switzerland, Italy and Venezuela, in addition to his three seasons in the CBA.
Robert Rothbart: Originally an early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA draft before withdrawing his name from consideration, he turned down a scholarship offer from Indiana to sign a professional contract with Paris Basket Racing in France…he is a native of Yugoslavia and also holds citizenship in Bosnia and Israel…he emigrated with his family to the United States when he was eight years old…he underwent shoulder surgery and missed virtually the entire season for Paris Basket Racing…he played one minute of one game for the senior team…he averaged 21 points, a California state-leading 15 rebounds and five blocked shots per game as a senior at Natomas High School in Sacramento…he was named Sierra Foothill League MVP and earned All-Metro honors from The Sacramento Bee…he spent his junior season at Monta Vista High School in Cupertino, Calif., where he averaged 26 points, 14 rebounds and 5.5 blocks per game.
Romain Sato: Selected in the second round (52nd overall) of the 2004 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs, he was placed on the injured list prior to the start of the season (left patella tendinitis) and was waived 2/24…he was named to the NCAA Tournament All-Regional Team after averaging 18.3 ppg and 7.3 rpg while helping Xavier earn its first trip to the Elite Eight…he set the Xavier career record for three-point field goals (307) and finished third on Xavier’s all-time scoring list (2,005 points) and eighth in career rebounds (892)…he is the only guard ranked among the school’s top 15 in rebounding and is one of four Musketeers to rank in top 10 in XU history in both scoring and rebounding (along with David West, Tyrone Hill and Brian Grant)…he had 20 career double-doubles in scoring-rebounding and set school record with 130 career starts…he was named to the Atlantic 10 first or second team in each of his last three seasons and was an all-defensive team pick in all three seasons…after averaging 10.7 ppg and 5.4 rpg, he was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team.

Chris Thomas:A four-time Big East Conference selection and the Big East Rookie of the Year in 2002, he finished his career with a 17.1 ppg career scoring average…rounding out his career with 2,195 total points, he is the third all-time leading scorer in Irish history…one of only three players in NCAA history to tally over 2,000 points and 800 assists, he is the holder of nine career records at Notre Dame--including career 3-pt field goals made (302), 3-pt field goals attempted (833), assists (833), assist per game (6.5), steals (244), steals per game (1.9), free-throw percentage (.868), games started and consecutive games started (128)…in honor of the 100th season of Irish basketball, he was named to the All-Century team as one of Notre Dame's 25 greatest players of all time…a graduate of Indianapolis' Pike High School, he was the 2001 Indiana Mr. Basketball…if he were to make the regular season roster, he would be the eighth Mr. Basketball to play for the Pacers (not including Damon Bailey, who never played a regular season game for the Pacers) and would be the first to play for the Pacers since Kyle Macy (1975) played for Indiana in 1986-87.

Maurice Carter: After being selected in the 2004 expansion draft by the Charlotte Bobcats and subsequently being waived in training camp, he signed with Lottomatica Roma in Italy, where in 24 games, he averaged 13.3 ppg, 2.5 rpg and 1.5 spg…after being waived by the Lakers in training camp in October, 2003, he played 14 games for Gary of the CBA and averaged 15.4 ppg, 3.1 rpg and 2.5 apg…in December, 2003, he was traded to the Dakota Wizards…he signed the first of two 10-day contracts with the Lakers, 1/30/04, and in four games averaged 5.5 ppg on 5-14 FGS, 1-3 3-pt FGS and 11-12 FTS…in the CBA, he averaged 19.0 ppg, ranking him seventh in the league…as a result, he was named to the all-CBA second team…he helped Dakota win its second CBA championship in three years by scoring 36 points in the final game, which led to him being named the Finals MVP…against Idaho, 1/27/04, he scored a league season-high 44 points…he signed a 10-day contract with the Hornets, 3/25/04…in six games with New Orleans, he scored 3.3 ppg on 11-35 FGS, 4-11 3-pt FGS and 16-20 FTS…since a career at LSU in which he averaged 17.3 ppg as a senior, he has played in the IBL, the ABA, Greece, the CBA and the NBA.
Shelly Clark: Probably the most well-traveled player on the rookie/free agent camp roster, over the last 10 years, he has played in Puerto Rico, Turkey, Cyprus, Argentina, Israel, Venezuela, the USBL, the NBDL and the CBA…following a brief stint with Guácharos de Maturin in Venezuela, he signed with the Gary Steelheads of the CBA…however, his statistics from the 2004-05 season are not available…he also played for the Steelheads in 2003-2004, averaging 13.9 ppg. and 9.8 rpg in 37 games…his 9.8 rpg. was good for third best in the CBA…he averaged 17.0 ppg and a league-high 11.3 rpg in the Steelheads' first visit to the CBA playoffs…he had season-highs of 28 points at Rockford, 1/6/04, and 20 rebounds vs. Yakima, 2/21, and vs. Rockford, 2/28…he played with Marinos de Oreinte in Venezuela and was the Most Valuable Player of the Venezuelan Finals in 2002-2003…he averaged 14.9 ppg, 7.7 rpg and 2.0 apg in the summer of 2002 for Maratonistas de Coamo in Puerto Rico…in 15 games with the Steelheads in 2001-02, he averaged 11.0 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 2.2 apg…he led the Argentina League in rebounds (9.4 rpg.) in 2000-01 while playing for Obras Sanitarias…he also led team in scoring with 17.4 points per game...he played two seasons at the University of Illinois after transferring from Indian Hills (Iowa) Community College…as a senior (1994-95), he averaged 11.8 ppg and 8.3 rpg in 28 games for the Fighting Illini…in two seasons at Illinois, he averaged 10.7 ppg and 7.4 rpg two seasons at Illinois.
Edwards
John Edwards: An undrafted rookie, he saw action in 25 games for the Pacers with one start...he had his best game with Indiana as a starter at Sacramento, 12/3…in that game, he scored nine points on 4-8 FGS and 1-4 FTS. he added career-highs of five rebounds, two assists and 31 minutes against the Kings...he totaled 139 minutes, 85 of which came in a six-game span from 11/10 to 12/3…he totaled 29 points for the season and had 14 of them in a six-game span from 11/10 to 12/3...he shot 2-6 FGS in his first three games of the season, but then hit 9-18 FGS over his next 17 games...he scored three points on 3-4 FTS vs. Utah, 3/16, and his three free throws made were a career-high and his four attempts tied his most in 2004-05...he had 12 rebounds in his first eight games and totaled 19 boards for the season...he had eight offensive rebounds, including a career-high three at Sacramento, 12/3, and two at Golden State, 12/4…he blocked four shots, including two in his second game--vs. the Clippers, 11/10...he missed 28 games while on the injured list from 1/15 to 3/13 with a strained right quadricep.
Charlie Gaines: He was the second leading scorer (18.3 ppg) for the Michigan Mayhem and was the top rebounder in the CBA with an average of 11.4 rpg in 2004-05…he ranked 11th in the league in scoring…having shot 296-511 from the floor (.579), he ranked third in the CBA in that department…he saw action in 44 games (30 starts) for the Mayhem after playing nine games with Eurofiditalia Reggio Calabria in Italy…in Italy, he averaged 14.4 ppg and 8.8 rpg, while shooting 52.2 percent from the floor…a second team All-Conference USA selection, he averaged 15.7 points (Ranked ninth in C-USA) and a league-leading 10.1 rpg as a senior in 2003-04…he posted 15 double-doubles and scored 20 or more points on nine occasions…he posted career-highs of 36 points and 18 rebounds against Georgia Southern…he scored 20 points and matched a career-high with 18 rebounds at Houston…he recorded 24 points and 12 rebounds against DePaul…he started all 57 games he played at Southern Mississippi…he recorded 31 double-doubles during his four-year career…he finished collegiate career at Southern Mississippi after playing his first two seasons at Southwest Missouri State.
Granger
Danny Granger: He earned First Team All-Mountain West Conference and First Team NABC District 13 honors his junior and senior seasons…he finished his collegiate career at New Mexico after playing a season and a half at Bradley. he ranks in the top 10 in career blocked shots at both New Mexico and Bradley…as a senior, he ranked second in the Mountain West Conference in scoring (18.8 ppg), third in rebounding (8.9 rpg), second in steals (2.1 spg), second in blocks (2.0 bpg) and third in 3-pt field goal percentage (.433)…he missed three games due to minor surgery to repair a tear in the lateral meniscus of his left knee…in 2004-05, he was the first player in school history to record 60 assists, 60 blocks and 60 steals in a season…he recorded 13 double-doubles…he was named MWC Tournament MVP after averaging 24.3 ppg, 11.0 rpg, 3.7 apg and 3.0 bpg in three games.
Harrison
David Harrison: He shot 57.6 percent from the floor, setting the Pacers' rookie record…with enough attempts to qualify he would have led all of the NBA's rookies in field goal percentage in 2004-05…after going scoreless and without a rebound in eight minutes in the season-opener at Cleveland, 11/3, he scored eight points and collected six rebounds off the bench at Boston, 11/5…in that game, he shot 2-2 FGS and 4-6 FTS…he scored 19 points with eight rebounds, two steals and three steals in a career-high 44 minutes vs. Orlando, 11/20…that was his first game of double-figure points in the NBA…tying for the team lead in scoring, he notched a career-high 22 points vs. Toronto, 12/17…that was the only time in 2004-05 that he led the team in scoring…in all, he scored in double figures eight times and registered one double-double…he collected a career-high 10 boards and scored 12 points at Atlanta, 12/14…he blocked an average of 1.28 bpg, ranking fourth among all rookies in the NBA.
Jimmie Hunter: Following 19 games with the Gary Steelheads, he averaged 17.8 ppg after signing in February, 2005, with Sebastiani Rieti in Italy…with Gary in the CBA, he averaged 20.8 ppg, 2.8 rpg and 3.8 apg…a 2004 CBA All-Star, he averaged 20.3 ppg, 4.9 rpg, 4.2 apg and 2.0 spg in 48 games for the Rockford Lightning…he spent part of the 2002-03 season with the Harlem Globetrotters team that played against U.S. college teams…he turned professional following his sophomore season in which he led Life University in Atlanta to its second consecutive NAIA title…in the championship game of the NAIA tournament, he hit the game-winning shot with 12 seconds left…he earned first team all-NAIA honors and was the NAIA Player of the Year after leading the team in scoring (22.1 ppg), steals (99) and blocked shots (63)…he finished second on the team with 112 assists…he scored 30+ points eight times, including a season-best 39 vs. The Master's College…he played his freshman season at Memphis where he averaged 16.2 ppg in 20 games…he led the team with 17.1 ppg in Conference USA games.
LeRoy Hurd:The Southland Conference's leading scorer as a junior and senior, he was the SLC's tournament MVP as a senior in 2004…he signed with Chalons-en-Champagne in France, but was waived in November, 2004, after just seven games…after a brief stint with the Portland Reign of the ABA, he signed with the Columbus Riverdragons in the NBDL…with Columbus, he averaged 10.0 ppg, 3.7 rpg and 1.4 apg in 26 games…he played his junior and senior seasons at Texas-San Antonio after transferring from the University of Miami (FL)…he averaged a career-high and league-leading 19.4 ppg in leading the Road Runners to the Southland Conference title as a senior…he also averaged 8.0 rpg and was named the 2004 Player of the Year…he averaged a league-high 17.6 ppg and 8.0 rpg in his first year at Texas-San Antonio and was named the Southland Newcomer of the Year.
Michel Morandais: A teammate of the Pacers' David Harrison the University of Colorado in 2003-04, he earned Second Team All-Big 12 honors his junior and senior years…he finished his career as Colorado’s seventh all-time leading scorer with 1,428 points…he also ranked sixth all-time in career games played (116), ninth in assists (294) and tied for 13th in steals (103)…he led the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament in scoring (20.7 ppg) and averaged 6.3 rpg and 3.0 apg and was named to the All-Tournament Team…as a senior, he averaged 16.1 points (ranking sixth in the Big 12), 4.4 rebounds and a team-high 3.1 assists…he scored 20 or more points eight times, registering a season-high 28 points on 9-11 shooting against Missouri...this past season, he averaged 9.9 ppg and 3.6 rpg in 47 games for Vertical Vision Cantu in the Italian League…a native of the French West Indies, he played for the French National team in 2003.
Kevinn Pinkney: A senior co-captain, he was the only three-year letter winner on Nevada’s roster…he was named to the all-WAC second team and the all-defensive team this season…he played in 108 games for the Wolfpack during his four-year career…he scored double figures in 23 of 31 games for Nevada in 2004-05, including a team-high 22 points in the team's loss to Illinois, 3/1, in the second round of the NCAA tournament and a team-leading 25 points at Toledo, 12/7…he was the team's leading scorer in both of its NCAA tournament games…he recorded double-digit rebounds 11 times…he ranked second on the team in rebounding (7.7 rpg), scoring (12.1 ppg) and free-throw percentage (.730)…since his arrival on campus, Nevada won 85 games, the most all-time by any single member of the Wolf Pack…he also started 81 straight games in which he has played…he missed 18 games during his career because of injury, including the last 16 of his sophomore season…he ranks sixth all-time in the school history for blocked shots with 89.
Shane Power: A former Indiana High School All-Star and the 2000 3A Trester Award winner, he led Gary Andrean to the State Finals against Indianapolis Brebeuf…he was selected to the all-SEC second team by the league's coaches as a senior, after averaging 11.1 ppg, 4.1 rpg and 2.4 apg…he was presented the prestigious Babe McCarthy Memorial Award by the school for best exemplifying the highest traits of character, leadership, desire and hustle…the Crown Point, Ind., native set a new all-time school record by connecting on 41.7 percent of his 3-pt attempts during his two-year MSU playing career…as a junior, he was named the 2003-04 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year…he also collected MSU's Academic Award for posting the team's highest grade point average in 2004-05…he played his first two years at Iowa State, where he teamed with the Pacers' Jamaal Tinsley as a freshman…in his second season with the Cyclones, he started all 31 games and averaged 13.6 ppg with 4.5 rpg…he is 22nd on Indiana's all-time career scoring list with 2,110 points in his career at Andrean.

Aleksandar Radojevic: He saw action in 12 games for the Utah Jazz, before being waived 1/4/05…in one of his best outings of the season, he scored four points on 2-4 FGS and hauled in a season-best six rebounds in a loss at Boston, 12/17…in 12 games, he averaged 1.6 ppg and 2.3 rpg…an early entry candidate for the NBA draft in 1999, he was selected 12th overall by the Toronto Raptors…on the active roster to begin the 1999-2000 season, he made his first NBA appearance in the opener vs. Boston 11/2, playing one scoreless minute…placed on injured list after two games due to a tear in the medial meniscus of his left knee...he underwent back surgery on 1/6 and returned for the final two games of the season...he scored his first NBA point on a free throw at Miami, 4/8...in the season finale at Orlando on 4/19 had six points, eight rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 19 minutes…he missed the entire 2000-01 season due to back surgery performed in October…an all-NJCAA third team pick, he averaged 15.4 ppg, 9.0 rpg and 4.0 bpg as a sophomore at Barton County Community College in Kansas…a native of Serbia and Montenegro, he originally had committed to Ohio State, but was ruled ineligible by the NCAA for playing four games and a total of 19 minutes for a Yugoslavian pro team two years prior
Jemiel Rich: A second team All-CBA selection, he was named to the CBA's All-Defensive Team for the second straight year in 2004-05…while playing for the Gary Steelheads, he led the league in assists (9.7 apg) and steals (2.8 spg), and ranked 15th in scoring (17.8 ppg)…he grabbed a league-high eight steals against Rockford, 1/12…voted to the Eastern Conference All-Star Team, he scored 15 points and dealt 10 assists in the All-Star game...he was also named to the all-CBA second team and the All-Defensive Team in 2004, after averaging a league-high 10.6 apg and ranking second in the league in steals with 2.7 spg…he earned Player of the Week honors for the week ending March 7…during that week, he posted a league-high 23 assists against Sioux Falls, 3/2…he grabbed a team-high seven steals against Dakota, 1/23.…voted to the American All-Star Team, he scored eight points with 11 assists in the All-Star game…since leaving Southern Methodist in 1997, he has played in Lithuania, Switzerland, Italy and Venezuela, in addition to his three seasons in the CBA.
Robert Rothbart: Originally an early entry candidate for the 2004 NBA draft before withdrawing his name from consideration, he turned down a scholarship offer from Indiana to sign a professional contract with Paris Basket Racing in France…he is a native of Yugoslavia and also holds citizenship in Bosnia and Israel…he emigrated with his family to the United States when he was eight years old…he underwent shoulder surgery and missed virtually the entire season for Paris Basket Racing…he played one minute of one game for the senior team…he averaged 21 points, a California state-leading 15 rebounds and five blocked shots per game as a senior at Natomas High School in Sacramento…he was named Sierra Foothill League MVP and earned All-Metro honors from The Sacramento Bee…he spent his junior season at Monta Vista High School in Cupertino, Calif., where he averaged 26 points, 14 rebounds and 5.5 blocks per game.
Romain Sato: Selected in the second round (52nd overall) of the 2004 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs, he was placed on the injured list prior to the start of the season (left patella tendinitis) and was waived 2/24…he was named to the NCAA Tournament All-Regional Team after averaging 18.3 ppg and 7.3 rpg while helping Xavier earn its first trip to the Elite Eight…he set the Xavier career record for three-point field goals (307) and finished third on Xavier’s all-time scoring list (2,005 points) and eighth in career rebounds (892)…he is the only guard ranked among the school’s top 15 in rebounding and is one of four Musketeers to rank in top 10 in XU history in both scoring and rebounding (along with David West, Tyrone Hill and Brian Grant)…he had 20 career double-doubles in scoring-rebounding and set school record with 130 career starts…he was named to the Atlantic 10 first or second team in each of his last three seasons and was an all-defensive team pick in all three seasons…after averaging 10.7 ppg and 5.4 rpg, he was named to the A-10 All-Rookie Team.

Chris Thomas:A four-time Big East Conference selection and the Big East Rookie of the Year in 2002, he finished his career with a 17.1 ppg career scoring average…rounding out his career with 2,195 total points, he is the third all-time leading scorer in Irish history…one of only three players in NCAA history to tally over 2,000 points and 800 assists, he is the holder of nine career records at Notre Dame--including career 3-pt field goals made (302), 3-pt field goals attempted (833), assists (833), assist per game (6.5), steals (244), steals per game (1.9), free-throw percentage (.868), games started and consecutive games started (128)…in honor of the 100th season of Irish basketball, he was named to the All-Century team as one of Notre Dame's 25 greatest players of all time…a graduate of Indianapolis' Pike High School, he was the 2001 Indiana Mr. Basketball…if he were to make the regular season roster, he would be the eighth Mr. Basketball to play for the Pacers (not including Damon Bailey, who never played a regular season game for the Pacers) and would be the first to play for the Pacers since Kyle Macy (1975) played for Indiana in 1986-87.
