Marvin Lewis. 15 years in Cincy and still hasn't won a playoff game.
I forgot about him but Cincy has always had low expectations I figure it fits.

    Arizona 38 - Colts 3.

Yeah - I think it's got that bad. Not sure that's the final or halftime score, but you get the idea.

I think the Colts can score more than 3 points with Brissett

Sounds like they want to bring him back for that October 8th game...

Colts Rookie DB's gonna get a good test today. Butler is out. Quincy Wilson is starting over TJ Green ( thank the lord ). I imagine we'll see a lot of Malik Hooker today too. I believe he's starting. Should be interesting. One guy to look out for. Margus Hunt. Looked decent in limited time in pre season and looked good last week too.

I like the potential of a Farley/ Hooker safety combo when Hooker gets up to speed.

I tuned in with 1.20 remaining. It's been ugly.

Can you believe we choke the game away on dumb plays and total lack of preparation?

    Wow, a miss???

I don't think either one of these teams is very good. Colts were solid for three quarters and just **** themselves at the end. Got lucky Dawson missed that kick.

The Colts are obviously trash. And obviously the Cars are too after Johnson going down.

Four consecutive years of going 0-2.

Effort was good, but it's still just a loss. The first of many.

I'm just going to ask now. Did we really get that much more than Stephen Morris by trading a first round pick? Even an underwhelming one?

Dorsett was a sunk cost. You can't attribute first round value to him two+ years after the fact.

But is Brissett assuredly that much better than Morris? Or could you have gotten a solid player at different position if you go with Morris over the Tolchine. You've got to admit they're overvaluing of the Tochine against Morris is clearly poor judgment.

No arguments here about Tolzien. The guy has been around and shown nothing. Why they had faith in him is anyone's guess. I think Brissett is better than Morris, but neither one of them is very good imo. I don't think Dorsett could have really gotten you anything of value. He's been terrible in the NFL, and he was a big reach as a first round pick to begin with.

On the good side Hooker and Wilson looked good. Run defense was decent again. With the young guys however a receiver would come wide open occasionally and that is what killed the Colts. I do not remember any of the Colts receivers being that wide open. Had to be blown coverage. Or coaching.
Brissett is far better than Tolzien.
