Best rendition of One Shining Moment, by far.

I haven't heard anything about this.

Definitely one of the more classic R and B singers of our time. Thats a tough hit on the RnB community.

For those of us that have lost our fathers, his song 'dance with my father again' can't be heard without tears. he had a bad stroke a decade or so ago and was confined to a wheelchair. was likely damage from that stroke related.

An article I read said he had a major heart attack 2 years ago and never fully recovered.

Hopefully he's found some comfort up above, and all his pain is taken away. I pray for his friends and family.
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."
