Find me where Larry and Donnie said that Ron came in 20-30 pounds overweight. LMAO at Ron 280, 6-7 280 you know how big he would be?
From a Chad Ford article (Ford got his info from Donnie) -
Well, actually, that is a summary I think, I couldn't find the exact article using the search feature, it's been posted here before though.Ron came into camp weighing 260 pounds, this was the first time he was out of shape, and he was dragging.
Ron came to camp 8 pounds overweight, but looked to be in pretty good shape by the start of the season, playing great for us at 40 minutes a game.
I think you are nit-picking.
You, Never? Did the Kenosha Kid?
Yup only 8 pounds, not 20 or 30. Get the facts right hater.
I predict Dale davis will lead the club in freethrow shooting.... sorry, its the beer.
"He wanted to get to that money time. Time when the hardware was on the table. That's when Roger was going to show up. So all we needed to do was stay close"
Darnell Hillman (Speaking of former teammate Roger Brown)
I love how this thread turned into a Ron Artest thread once again..
To get back on topic.. trading Tinsley would be a mystake the P's would pay for.
Wow I got a headace reading this post.
I agree with Jermaniac on his assessments. It is really upsetting reading some such as pacerman call people Ron lovers for supporting Ron because a high majority of Pacer fans support Ron. Are they considered Ron "lovers" as well as other Pacer players?
All this time I thought that everything that could possibly be discussed about Ron had been discussed. Apparently, I was wrong.
It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.
