16, but it seemed like a memorization test. And what does knowing what's on the back of a Canadian $1 coin got to do with being observant? I can't remember the last time I've even seen a Canadian coin.

Got 12, although I missed some because I never had the chance to observe some of them, as in the foriegn money, for one example.

I got 13 right. Could have had 20 if the questions weren't so ambiguous.

Funny I missed number two because I thought it a trick question, I think everyone knows there are 50 states. I reread it and thought it was asking how many states were in North America.

I also think someone could come up with 6 curves on a paper clip. For instant racetracks have 4 curves in them, the way this is counted a racetrack would have two.

As for fans, it depends on whether you have them pulling or pushing air.

Some of the questions could thus have more than one answer. It just depends on how you are counting.

I got 13... Like other people have said there are a few of those that I almost never see (Canadian money, matches, women in blouses). And I accidentally skipped 19 - I guess that in itself is not an endorsement of my observational abilities.

    Right.

    4. What six colors are on the classic Campbell's soup label?

I can only think of red, white, black, gold. I'd guess green is there too. Beyond that, silver?

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    5. What two numbers on the telephone dial don't have letters by them?

    1 and 0

    6. When you walk does your left arm swing with your right or left leg?

    Right.

    7. How many matches are in a standard pack?

    No clue.

*Edit* I got this wrong. Too bad I didn't guess; I was going to say 20.

    8. On the United States flag is the top stripe red or white?

    Red.

    9. What is the lowest number on the FM radio dial?

    87.9

I'm going to mark this as *Edit* I got this wrong., but I'm pretty sure it's 87.9; there are no even digits (like XX.0 XX.2 XX.4, etc)

    10. Which way does water go down the drain, counter or clockwise? (In
    North America)

    Counter-Clockwise.

I'm also going ot mark this as *Edit* I got this wrong., but I'm pretty sure it's the other way around.

    11. Which way does a "no smoking" sign's slash run?

    Down from the right.

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    12. How many channels on a VHF TV dial?

    No idea.

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    13. On which side of a women's blouse are the buttons?

    15. What is on the back of a Canadian dime?

    8.

    17. Do books have even-numbered pages on the right or left side?

    Left.

    18. How many lug nuts are on a standard car wheel?

    No idea.

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    19. How many sides are there on a standard pencil?

    I'll guess 5.

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    20. Sleepy, Happy, Sneezy, Grumpy, Dopey, Doc. Who's missing?

    Bashful.

    21. How many hot dog buns are in a standard package?

    8.

    22. On which playing card is the card maker's trademark?

    Huh?

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    23. On which side of a Venetian blind is the cord that adjusts the opening between the slats?

    Right?

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    24. On the back of a Canadian $1 coin, what is in the centre?

Aren't they hollow in the center?

    *Edit* I got this wrong.

    25. There are 12 buttons on a touch tone phone. What 2 symbols bear no digits?

The # and the... hell, I never pay attention. Is it a period?

*Edit* I got this half wrong.

    3.

    27. Does a merry-go-round turn counter or clockwise (as a rule)?

    Not bad.
