Default NBADraft.net: 15 Top 5 Lists of Players in 2005 Draft

Draft night is quickly approaching. Everyone at NBADraft.net is loading up on Red Bull and laptop/cell-phone batteries in anticipation. We've got mock drafts, scouting reports, and everything else one could need leading up to the Big Day. The most entertaining subplots of any draft (in any sport) center around the arguments they start. Who's the best/worst prospect? Who's the biggest bust/sleeper/stiff? To settle these debates, people tend to make lists, then argue over said lists until they're blue in the face, starting the debate cycle all over again. So instead of a standard column, here's a collection of fifteen lists. Why fifteen? Because I'm out of Red Bull and I couldn't think of a 16th. These lists have been compiled solely to spark discussion. In true Nick Hornby fashion, all lists are limited to five players.

Without any further ado, the All-time, desert island, 2005 NBA Draft Top Five...

McCants and Diogu sure do show up a lot, especially for players not expected to go in the lottery. I expect us to pick up one of these two if they're available when we pick.

Roko Ukic is another player I wouldn't mind us taking.

Deiner is definitely going to be one of the steals of the second round. Not a Gilbert Arenas-type steal, but definitely a solid contributor.
