If he hadn't missed 9 free throws, he'd have ended up with 71pts!

Final Tally for T-Mac: 62 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists

And this on a night when the Bulls have scored only 57 points as a team with only 5:47 to go in their game with the Pistons...

WOWOWOW!

37 field goal attempts = 1 BY HIM every 80 seconds!

26 free throw attempts How many NBA games have we seen when a whole team didn't shoot 26 free throws?

In all, he shot the ball at the basket 63 times -- one more time than the number of points he scored!

Good job, TMac. Your TEAM is still dead last in the Eastern Conference with a record of 19 - 48.

Just think what Iverson's scoring average would be if he had that kind of output!
If you get to thinkin’ you’re a person of some influence, try orderin’ somebody else’s dog around..

Hey, it's not his fault he has to carry an awful team. If he doesn't score, who will?

Kinda reminds me of the pre-Pippen MJ years in Chicago...

Exactly.

I've always contended that if Reggie would have taken 32-35 shots a game during any of the 93 - 97 seasons, based on his points per shot average, he would have scored about 10 points per game more than any other player in the league.

It's not just taking a huge number of shots; it's about hitting them. If you're going to take that many shots during any one game, then you'd better be hitting them at a much better clip than you normally do.

T-Mac shot 20-for-37, much better than his normal 41.8%.
